Chick-fil-A in Kyle

“Love this place. Our mini Yorkie always gets excited when we got to chil-fil-a for his pup cup. They didn't have the right cups the day we went. So right before the young man was gonna tell us no, he said wait hold on. I'll get something for this lil guy. And came back with a small side cup with whip cream just for our pup. Love the way they go out of their way to make our whole family satisfied. Best location in my opinion. Thanks Chik-fil-A!“

“I need to express how disappointed I was in the very first chicken and waffle experience I ever had. I was so disappointed by the crumble of the waffle that I had to continuously pick up little pieces that fell off. Secondly, the chicken. It was as if the sandwich I ordered was not used and was a cancelled order from two hours ago. Not only was the chicken breast the smallest I have EVER seen at a chic fit a, but it was dark and on the verge of dry. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at any chic fil a. So, needless to say, I was quite disappointed with my very first chicken and waffle sandwich. That I so looked forward to. We frequent this chic fil a quite often. This was by far the worst experience that we have ever had there in over 10 years. So, kudos for that. However, food that sits under a warmer for more than 20 minutes, should never be served. It should be given to the employees! They need to eat too and it doesn't always have to be fresh out for the fryer for them. I know! I was in the restaurant business for over 15 years. From fast food to fine dining, leftovers at the end of a shift or mistakes need to go to the employees. Especially the ones that pulled doubles or are working the late shift. Throwing all that food away IS A WASTE! Feed your employees the food that shouldn't go out to the customer. They'll be happier and so will your customers.
I wish I would have taken a picture or two, but it didn't matter. I know in my heart and in my head that you guys need to be aware of this information, to alleviate it happening again.“
