“We had an amazing experience here. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and the kids and parents raved about it. There is no playground at this location but the kids were 8 and over so they aged out of playing. They loved the food (always delicious), the games in their kids meals, the ice cream afterwards, and loved seeing the Chick Fil A cow. The staff was so kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make this event special.“

“I ordered a kids meal with an ice cream cone, along with a Market Salad with apple cider vinaigrette, with charred tomato crispy red bell peppers. When I got home, I realized I was missing the ice cream cone, the salad dressing, and the chard tomato crispy red bell peppers.

I called the store and spoke with a manager who was incredibly friendly and apologetic. She immediately offered to replace my salad and give me an ice cream cone the next time I came in, which I really appreciated. I let her know I was heading back mainly because I needed the apple cider vinaigrette for my salad.

When I pulled back up, they brought out exactly what I asked for.. the dressing and toppings! BUT also surprised me with a cookie and an ice cream cone. ❤️

We all make mistakes. What matters is how they’re handled, and Chick-fil-A went above and beyond to make it right. This kind of customer service is exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you for the extra effort, the kindness, and the consistency. It truly is appreciated.“

“Chick-fil-A was a smooth stop like usual. The line looked long at first, but it moved fast, and the staff was polite the whole time. My order was correct, the food was hot, and the fries were actually fresh.

“Outstanding comfort meal experience! Exterior attendants took order promptly and accurately despite being inundated with cars. Provided us three (3) fresh hot nicely wrapped meals. “Chick-fil-A without saying has an awesome business. Few businesses have two lines of cars wrapped around the building. There is a lot of news articles about older established restraunt chains closing location or going out of business. Not Chick-fil-A.“

“I have to say the de Zavala location is the best! I have to shout out Maria who is such an amazing worker. She’s incredibly welcoming always remembers my name and order and has great customer service. She truly is an amazing asset to the team!“

“I always have a great experience at this location. I’ll come during my lunch break and the service is not only friendly but very quick as well. The manager even introduced himself to me one time and we had a great conversation about what I do at my work. This has been one of the most welcoming chickfilas and the staff has been fantastic when dining inside“

No dine in yet!!
Our son ordered the 30 piece nuggets, waffle fries, and sweet tea.
None of which disappointed!
Food temp was excellent and plentiful.
The line was drive through lanes were Super Super long but, they moved fairly quickly.
We paid through the app but, we still had to wait in line.“

“Stopped in here for lunch a few days ago and was reminded why Christian run business are superior.
Sweet white haired lady took my order and could not have been more friendly. I later watched her interact with little kids in the restaurant and she was truly an angel.
The man next to us finished eating and left and I watched as a staff member came out and wet wiped the entire table. Moving things around to get underneath and then she even replaced the semi-wilted flowers on the table with fresh.
Place was clean and neat, food came out perfect, all the staff were friendly.
Stop in any other fast food joint aside from Culver's (also Christian owned) and you will not witness any of this.

Say what you want about religions but if a Christian business is available in any form I suggest that's where you go. The only other culture I have found to have the same level of care is the Japanese and I have traveled most of this planet.“

“I had to write this review because of the outstanding service I received today from this location! Life has been rough these days and I felt like everything that could go wrong with life, was going wrong! Running late today to work, I forgot lunch at home. Everyone in the office was eating Chick-fil-A, and I was starving! Since I couldn't leave to get something, I decided to order salad, fries and a drink to be delivered. I was so excited when my food arrived to find out I got the wrong salad! Ugh, my heart sunk! Any Other time I would have just eaten what I got, but not today! I talked the store to tell them what happened. And they said they couldnt guarantee another delivery, but could give me a credit 😩 I begged the lady to please ask a manager for the delivery...I needed a win! Sure enough she said her Mgr approved the delivery! I was grateful 🙏 Once my food came, I not only got my salad, but they also gave me the collectable cups they are giving away, only in store! “For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty“

“holy guacamole! I came in here today just for a good simple meal with friends and I was so surprised by the amazing service provided by Kaden. Let me tell you he had our food in lock and the brightest smile while doing it. His attitude was insanity I could feel the happiness arising. He brought our drinks and sauces in a spiffy. “Always a good experience when we visit here. On Tuesdays they have some going on like family night that includes Bingo, arts and crafts and trivia night. Great service and great workers who are very attentive and making sure everything is up to par whether it be refills, condiments or simply cleaning of table.“

“The employees here deserve all of the praise in the world! Ever so often I will come to this location and pick up mobile orders for people at the nearby military base. I’ve had as many as 15 orders to pick up at one time. The employees are always so kind and ensure that regardless of how much food and product they are giving, it is always prepared to perfection and made with true chickfila love. “My first experience here was not a good one so I called and spoke with Heavenly, one of the managers, she immediately empathized & apologized and made things right and even gave my son a brownie/cookie. The meal was perfect the 2nd time around. This will definitely be our go to location from now on. The best customer service experience in my 53 years.“

“I'm not a big fan and the food could've been better but it was decent. I had to ask someone in the drive-thru for a menu because I'm not familiar. The lanes weren't very well marked so I ended up in the wrong one to wait for my order and was very politely asked to move. The service was outstanding though and I really do appreciate that. “Place if your typical Chick-fil-A, just with a larger drive thru and smaller parking area. This does create a parking issue where it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot and it almost tries to make you go in the drive-thru. If it gets busy, the drive thru will block the parking, making it a real issue. Combine that with an abnormally large number of people that do not park correctly and it gets irritating.

When I do order to-go for staff lunches, and the food is still warm after a 10 minute drive. They don't over pack your food and offer drink holders as well. They also aren't stingy with the sauces unlike some other Chick-fil-A spots.“
