“Picked up an order for the wife and kids, they really enjoy the food! I never understood the fuss about Chick fil A, until the wife had me pick up an order. She gave me a chicken sandwich and I have to say, I'm actually impressed! The fries were good as well! Needless to say, I went back the next day and ordered in! I'm now a fan!“
“I ordered a kids meal with an ice cream cone, along with a Market Salad with apple cider vinaigrette, with charred tomato crispy red bell peppers. When I got home, I realized I was missing the ice cream cone, the salad dressing, and the chard tomato crispy red bell peppers.
I called the store and spoke with a manager who was incredibly friendly and apologetic. She immediately offered to replace my salad and give me an ice cream cone the next time I came in, which I really appreciated. I let her know I was heading back mainly because I needed the apple cider vinaigrette for my salad.
When I pulled back up, they brought out exactly what I asked for.. the dressing and toppings! BUT also surprised me with a cookie and an ice cream cone. ❤️

“Stopped in here for lunch a few days ago and was reminded why Christian run business are superior.
Sweet white haired lady took my order and could not have been more friendly. I later watched her interact with little kids in the restaurant and she was truly an angel.
The man next to us finished eating and left and I watched as a staff member came out and wet wiped the entire table. Moving things around to get underneath and then she even replaced the semi-wilted flowers on the table with fresh.
Place was clean and neat, food came out perfect, all the staff were friendly.
Stop in any other fast food joint aside from Culver's (also Christian owned) and you will not witness any of this.
Say what you want about religions but if a Christian business is available in any form I suggest that's where you go. The only other culture I have found to have the same level of care is the Japanese and I have traveled most of this planet.“
“I ordered a Medium Platter of chicken nuggets. They did a great job. It was nice and hot when I picked it up. The manager greeted me when I walked in. He got my order and made sure I had everything I needed. They guy that made my Platter came out to give me my order himself. There was another manager sitting at the table on her break, she even got up to help with my order. Great customer service! 👏 Thank you all so much for making it a great experience. “Chick-fil-A without saying has an awesome business. Few businesses have two lines of cars wrapped around the building. There is a lot of news articles about older established restraunt chains closing location or going out of business. Not Chick-fil-A.“
“I was given the wrong order through the drive-thru and then when I got home I called the location and they had me come back swap the food, give me the right order. Also gave me an extra cookie. The management was super professional the staff was awesome as well. For mistake like that they handled it perfectly.“

“Usually this location is very good, but today I ordered thur the drive thur and was told to pull over to wait for my food which I have no problem doing. I did wait about 10 minutes for my food. When I got home with my food, some items were missing and I had someone else’s receipt in my bag. I guess I will have to start checking to make sure I have all my food like I have to when going to McDonalds.“

“For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty“

“I've been to many Chick-fil-A's throughout my life, but this one has the best service I've ever seen by far! I went twice while visiting my loved one in the hospital, and each staff member was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure great service. Even during lunch rushes, you'll see staff members walking around asking if you need anything, cleaning tables as soon as possible, changing the trash, and keeping the floors clean. I swear the staff seek out additional ways to help and work which is so rare in today's service industry. None of them ever seem bothered or overwhelmed, it's so impressive. Usually you see 1-2 star employees, but I feel like the whole team is truly amazing here. I will give a shoutout to I believe her name is Annabel who has such a sweet smile and upbeat energy while offering to help as much as possible. They also get every order modification right, and somehow the food tastes super fresh no matter when you come. Who knew the best CFA branch is in San Antonio's medical center?!“

“This chick fil a specifically is responsible for taking a lot of my money. It’s very toxic when you find a fast food place that as consistently good as they are. So good in fact, that I won’t eat at a other chick fil a because it’s just not the same. I told my boyfriend today that if there ever came a day where we’d have to move and we were stuck between two houses we love, I’d pick the one closer to THIS chick fil a because my only gripe is that we live too far and my food gets cold by the time I get to my table, but that’s not their fault. The service is always great, the food is delicious and hot, and it’s like this 98% of the time. They forgot my cookie once, but I went back and they gave it to me. I wouldn’t even be mad even they hadn’t. Keep up the good work guys.“
“I'm not a big fan and the food could've been better but it was decent. I had to ask someone in the drive-thru for a menu because I'm not familiar. The lanes weren't very well marked so I ended up in the wrong one to wait for my order and was very politely asked to move. The service was outstanding though and I really do appreciate that. “This was my first time at this location, it was actually an easier drive through than some of the other locations. The food was good as usual, the nuggets were juicy and delicious. The only “thing” was that they skimped us on Chick Fil A sauce, but they had kinda gotten busy so it’s a non issue.“
“Place if your typical Chick-fil-A, just with a larger drive thru and smaller parking area. This does create a parking issue where it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot and it almost tries to make you go in the drive-thru. If it gets busy, the drive thru will block the parking, making it a real issue. Combine that with an abnormally large number of people that do not park correctly and it gets irritating.
When I do order to-go for staff lunches, and the food is still warm after a 10 minute drive. They don't over pack your food and offer drink holders as well. They also aren't stingy with the sauces unlike some other Chick-fil-A spots.“

“We had an amazing experience here. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and the kids and parents raved about it. There is no playground at this location but the kids were 8 and over so they aged out of playing. They loved the food (always delicious), the games in their kids meals, the ice cream afterwards, and loved seeing the Chick Fil A cow. The staff was so kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make this event special.“
