“Came here for a quick, healthy breakfast during the week. It was late morning, so wasn't crowded at all. Was able to walk right up and place my order. Ordered the Egg White Grill with Greek Yogurt Parfait. Also shared some Chick-n-Mini's and hash browns.Food was brought out within 5 minutes. Egg White Grill was a crispy English Muffin, grilled chicken, egg whites, and American Cheese. It was a good balance of carbs and protein. The Greek Yogurt Parfait with fruit and granola went well with the Egg White Grill.Service was very friendly and fast. Will come back here for a quick, healthy breakfast.“

“Considering how busy this location gets, the experience was pretty good. The drive thru line is always super long, which actually complicates the dine-in experience because finding parking is can be a task. The food though is good and salads were fresh.“
“The service is great. I went through the drive thru and even though there were a lot of people the wait went by quickly. The staff is always very courteous and friendly. I always check my food before leaving but this is one place that I personally have never had a problem with my order not being correct. Great team work! The only thing that I was kinda taken back by was that the drive through has a staff member that will accept your cash payment and give you your change back as well because the carry money on them. I couldn't help thinking how dangerous that could be since I didn't see any security. Maybe that's just me being over precautious but after being married to a police officer for many years tend to learn your safety is always #1. I hate to say it but this day and age there are people that will harm you for next to nothing so knowing how to keep yourself safe is important. I know I wouldn't let my children take that position unless there was at least a security officer on the premises. Just saying .....“

“For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty“
“This Chick Fil A might be working through some kinks while it opens but one thing was perfect from beginning to end. Bernard is excellent, superior customer service to anyone else in the building. He welcomed me, and when it took way too long to get my sandwich he personally investigated and added a brownie for the extended wait time. I could even hear the manager questioning why he was adding a brownie and he politely explained to her that it was for customer satisfaction. He is 100% manager material. I will return ONLY because of how Bernard treated me.“

It's almost worth walking into the mall right there to get the chick fil a experience... response to owner: the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude over a single sauce packet. That I offered to pay for. Which is not the custom at any other chick fil a. Sauce is given freely and I've never felt sauce shamed at any other establishment. Especially when I offered to pay for it!!!! I said I would pay for any additional sauces and they got the worst attitude giving me a lecture on how many are allowed. To be clear: I ordered 2 kids meals nuggets 2 adult meal nuggets and 1 number 1. I request 12 sauces in total and made it abundantly clear I would pay for them and that my kids want ranch with their nuggets and BBQ with their fries. So to sum it up you can ask your staff to just give me the sauce and allow me to pay for it without a lecture.“
“I search a Chick-fil-A on my GPS as a stop in the middle of my errands and looked like the location was in the mall, I was a bit disappointed cause I didn't want to park the car and go into the mall to buy the food while I was in a hurry heading to the next destination.Then!I found the sign saying there was a drive-thru booth, and I got to find an employee receiving orders from your car and using their electronic devices(pad?), the order was sent to the store in the mall.Within no time, another person brought the food to the car and I got to head out to my next place in a timely manner.I was very impressed and their service was great and efficient.I would recommend it.“
“I believe this establishment should get a 3.5/5, but can't give half stars on Yelp so 4/5 will have to do.This CFA sits on the first-level of the John Peace Library, alongside a few other food establishments. Since it is a food court, mainly for college students/faculty, it is always usually loud unless you're going at around 8-9PM. The food is, I would say always good. On one occasion, my fries were slightly on the dry side, so I would probably guess I got the last fry basket before they made a new batch; it was still good when dipped in the signature CFA sauce. My chicken is always cooked thoroughly and never too dry.My experience with the service at this CFA is pretty okay. Most of the cashiers are most likely UTSA students, so I do not expect the service to be quality 5-star Michelin level. However, they're always nice and if you want some extra sauce, or something, they got you. My only concern with this restaurant is the ordering system. There are a couple ways you can order: from the kiosks located to the right of the food court window, or online through GrubHub (which I usually do). I do not think you can order straight-up from a cashier, though they do hover around the window. So, if you have any inquiries you can either ask them or somebody around you and I'm sure whomever would be glad to help. For older customers, this system might seem a little deceiving due to it being a newer, modern system. However, MOST of the customers are most likely students or people who know how to use these kiosks anyways, and I would say this system does lower the wait-time for food by a good amount. Overall, it is a standard Chick-Fil-A that's conveniently placed in a spot for customers to just pick up their food and go wherever (the power of fast food!!). TL;DR - Good CFA food that utilizes a mobile/kiosk ordering system with a nice staff, and conveniently located in the first floor of the John Peace Library at UTSA.“

An employee named “Pops”, with a genuine grandfather-like assurance, noticed my hypervigilance and gave me the inside scoop on how the playroom doors are strategically weighted so that toddlers need assistance to get out. Furthermore, the actual restaurant doors are even more weighted to provide an added difficulty level for the older kids as well.
