“We had an amazing experience here. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and the kids and parents raved about it. There is no playground at this location but the kids were 8 and over so they aged out of playing. They loved the food (always delicious), the games in their kids meals, the ice cream afterwards, and loved seeing the Chick Fil A cow. The staff was so kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make this event special.“

“Love love love this location. It's rare to be missing an item or they forget condiments. Quick in & out except breakfast they only have 1 line opem for pick up so you'll be stuck waiting and can't get out to the other line if you got your stuff. Everyone is super friendly & warm. Inside is typically clean considering it is always packed.“

“Whoever the sweet girl is with the blonde hair and cute nails that works the cashier part inside on July 30th at 1:10pm is doing an amazing job at her job; fits Chick-fil-A values and just a great employee. “First time eating inside. I went with my grandson, 10 years old. It was a little busy but service was fast.i had the lemonade, which was delicious. Also had the waffle fries and the fried chicken sandwich. My grandson had waffle fries, his favorite fries in town with ice tea and chicken tenders.
We were not disappointed. Will eat inside more often.
Tables and floors were clean. Friendly staff.“

“My favorite location. Tonight I had car trouble & got stranded in drive thru. Felt so bad but employees were sooo kind. All but especially Megan & Gus who tried helping me & did not make me feel bad about the inconvenience I was causing. I cant say enough kind things & express how appreciative I am about their kindness. Went beyond just a helpful employee & were the most wonderful people. I hope they see this/are recognized & know how thankful I am. Contacting corporate office as well. It was on Thurs 8-6 at around 7:30pm. The manager even introduced himself to me one time and we had a great conversation about what I do at my work. “Today was come with your cow theme and get free Chick-fil-A and it did not disappoint. Chick-fil-A is always great, but it was even better seeing everyone in their cow garb, and well, free is always the right price.
I haven’t been to Chick-fil-A since they changed their waffle potato fries. I’m not a fan. IMO, bring back the old ones, but nuggets are awesome. Especially at this particular location.“

“I had to write this review because of the outstanding service I received today from this location! Life has been rough these days and I felt like everything that could go wrong with life, was going wrong! Running late today to work, I forgot lunch at home. Everyone in the office was eating Chick-fil-A, and I was starving! Since I couldn't leave to get something, I decided to order salad, fries and a drink to be delivered. I was so excited when my food arrived to find out I got the wrong salad! Ugh, my heart sunk! Any Other time I would have just eaten what I got, but not today! I talked the store to tell them what happened. And they said they couldnt guarantee another delivery, but could give me a credit 😩 I begged the lady to please ask a manager for the delivery...I needed a win! Sure enough she said her Mgr approved the delivery! I was grateful 🙏 Once my food came, I not only got my salad, but they also gave me the collectable cups they are giving away, only in store! “For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty“

“While waiting for my friend prescription by wall green, we were looking for fast food, this location of chick fill a so delicious, spicy chicken so fresh and French fries so crispy and fresh and the drink were refreshing... “I've always had a great experience here. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently fresh. I really appreciate the great customer service and the effort everyone puts into making each visit enjoyable.

My only two suggestions would be to go a little lighter on the ice in the drinks, since the cups are sometimes filled almost entirely with ice, and to avoid putting too many small potato crumbs at the bottom of the fry container. Other than those minor details, everything is excellent. Keep up the great work!“

“The other day I went to CFA in Bandera Road and was presently served by their employee Haley. I told her I had a horrid day after being hacked on Roblox, and she offered to fill up my drink all the way to the brim (which most employees don't do). “Place if your typical Chick-fil-A, just with a larger drive thru and smaller parking area. This does create a parking issue where it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot and it almost tries to make you go in the drive-thru. If it gets busy, the drive thru will block the parking, making it a real issue. Combine that with an abnormally large number of people that do not park correctly and it gets irritating.

When I do order to-go for staff lunches, and the food is still warm after a 10 minute drive. They don't over pack your food and offer drink holders as well. They also aren't stingy with the sauces unlike some other Chick-fil-A spots.“
