“I'm a huge CFA fan and love visiting different locations. I went to this one last week to grab a quick bite. The staff was friendly and always smiled. I asked for extra paper bags, and they readily gave them to me.
The CFA app is beautifully designed and easy to use, so I always use it to place my orders. The rewards are great, too, and they keep me coming back at least once a week!“
“This is the Chick-fil-A location I stop by the most because its right in the middle of campus, but its almost always super busy so you are in for a wait especially around times people get out of class. Located in the SAC, there is a lot of traffic through the building so it gets pretty loud while you are waiting in line and sometimes it feels like the line isn't moving but the workers here move as quickly as possible. Due to the lengths of the line I cant help but feel like I am going to be waiting forever but I think that I've never really waited over 10-15 minutes max as my longest wait time over the years. I also can't help but feel that the menu here looks a bit smaller than it would at one of the normal chain restaurant Chick-fil-As but they always have what I want so I can't really complain. Also, this Chick-fil-A is a Tapingo partner so I can order my food through an app and just come and pick it up which is super convenient and I have come to rely on this method even though it incurs a small service fee. The seating here is also kind of crazy because its part of a food court in a heavily trafficked area so be prepared to potentially not find seating after getting your food. It's overall never been a bad experience for me to grab a quick meal here so if you have upwards of 15 minutes to spend on getting food then I would just recommend coming here and grabbing it on your way home or to your next class.“
“Servers were very kind. Sat us and took our order at the table. We even had a robot deliver our food to our table. They have a playground. My son absolutely loved it. He has asked to go back specifically to this location multiple times. It’s way out of the way of us but we stop when we are on the way out of town to visit family.“

“My family and I love Chick-fil-a! Parmer lane is one of the top locations. Tonight was my first time having an issue with my order. I ordered a “Cobb salad, no bacon, add extra extra corn” with Avocado Lime dressing and a “sun joy”. Upon receiving my order I noticed there were beans in the salad.. I wasn’t aware that was an option but no biggie, I occasionally eat beans. When I got ready to eat I noticed there were no eggs or tomatoes on the salad. The eggs are the best part! I called to notify the Parmer Lane team and the manager (didn’t get her name) was very kind and professional. Her problem solving skills and empathy were top tier! You have to love Chick-fil-a even when things don’t always go right. I appreciate your service!“
“The staff are very friendly, patient, and helpful. They are continuously making sure the place is cleaned after each guest. A lady can in alone with a smaller child and KENIA made it her business to come around, provide a high chair, and cleaned it to accommodate the lady and the baby. AWESOME JOB“
