“We went to the Southpark Meadows location on Slaughter Lane, where Pat the manager, was so nice to us. My wife told him we had never been there and he gave us our meal at no cost. I've never been treated so nice in any fast food place and the chicken sandwich was delicious. The fries were different, a kind of cross hatch cut where you actually could taste the potato... It was very good and we will definitely be returning occasionally.“
“Today I had the pleasure of being served by Charles in drive-thru. He was such a light and his customer service was through the roof. He made my WHOLE ENTIRE DAY!!! His smile and the way he spoke with ease to me and the next customer was truly exceptional. I love meeting people who do their jobs amazingly well when in customer service. I don't know what Chic-fil-a gives their employees for stellar service but he needs that plus a raise in job titles.I always get good service here but today was the 1st time in a long time that it effected me enough to change my entire day for the better. That young man has a gift. He has glasses and was working today 3-21-24 at around 1pm.“
“This is the most efficient fast food restaurant (within the most efficient fast food chain) that I have ever visited. During the lunch rush, with dozens of cars in the 4-lane drive through, you can be in and out in 5 minutes.Food is always fantastic at Chic-Fil-A but the owner-operator of this location is an expert in efficient processes.Fantastic experience!“
“I would like to say that you have one great employee. Her name Is Erica she Understands what food is about and how it is supposed to be prepared with love, not just throwing it together. I have been going to Chick-fil-A since the 80s. And I've enjoyed your food for so long. But lately most of your employees just throw the food together. But after a few times that I have been upset how my food came out, I've talked to the manager Erica I explained to her how I like the pickles on a sandwich. Because every bite, whether it's a Chick-fil-A or a hamburger. Every bite should get a pickle down to the last bite. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, but back in the 80s.When I used to work at a hamburger place and we were busy.We still manage to put a pickle in every corner.A square so that everybody gets a bite of a pickle. I stopped eating inside chick. Fil a for a while until this Saturday the 16th I went there and Erica was there and I asked her if I can have. My combo with an extra Patty with 4 pickles on the bottom, 4 pickled in the middle and 4 pickle on top of the chicken. And my French fries or waffle. Fries salted because I hate ketchup. She made sure that my order was properly correct and when She brought my order to me.She asked the taste of Waffle fries and they were perfectly salted and my sandwich Was made perfect even until the last bite even had a pickle. On that last bite, the sandwich was still hot with a pickle..Thank You For having such a caring Manager like Erica to make me feel good about eating good at Chick-fil-A.“
“Loved this location, until they renovated, but its only because its sooooooooo busy now. Whyyyyyyy can't I just get my chicken nuggets and waffle fries and tea quickly, but thank goodness for the curbside pickup and the chickfila app. My hubby gets the chicken deluxe meal and I either get the nuggets or the spicy sandwchich.“

“Excellent service! Fries arw overly salted every time I visit this location. I even asked for “no salt on my fries” and was told “this is not something we do.” I’d sincerely appreciate less salt on my fries. Other then that amazing service.“
“Today my bank was unexpectedly down (cash app) when I went to pay I was thrown off that it wasn’t going through. Me and my kiddos were having a day out, we’d been at the springs all day and were super hungry, mind you I don’t have a personal vehicle so we took a Lyft to the restaurant. After so many times of attempting the payment A Team member named Leo ♌️ stepped up and just paid for it which was also unexpected!! I couldn’t believe that, that happened to my family, I’m a single mom and it just means the world to me that he was so kind hearted to do that. “Food and service were phenomenal, and in particular, I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere inside the restaurant. They had lovely flower arrangements on every table, with fresh REAL flowers, not fake flowers that could have been sitting there for ages. “Forever will love chick fil a! This location sometimes forgets to add food or it's not the best. Otherwise 80% of the time, it's delicious and we get everything. Staff depends on the day, but we've never encountered someone rude. Inside is nice and clean, lots of seating. They have outdoor seating as well. Drive thru lacks in speed sometimes even with the mobile express, the kids like to chat and joke a lot at the window. Food is always hot though.“

“Food was consistent with other Chick-fil-a restaurants. Selecting and subbing healthy options (fruit instead of fries for example) can get surprisingly pricey. Staff was friendly and did a great job.This location was a little odd as they had the section in front of the former play area reserved for employees only with an open office set up in one corner. Play area was closed with plastic over the windows, apparently as another employee only area. As with all Chick-fil-a restaurants now, good luck running the double lane drive through gauntlet that circles the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids’ play area is closed.“
“Ok, we all know what we're getting when we go to Chick-fil-A. The service is legendary, we get it. I would like to point out what Brennan did during my most recent visit, which I really appreciate. I got a Dr. Pepper and a coke, they look pretty similar, so Brennan pushed down the little buttons on the lid to differentiate which one was which. Honestly I think he just does this, every time. This is the difference between Chick-fil-A and every other fast food. The details, the effort, the care. Sure the food is good, the spicy chicken is just the right amount of spicy, the waffle fries are delicious, the gluten free buns are an option, but they're individually wrapped for celiacs, the list goes on and on. This. This is why you go to Chick-fil-A. I digress... Thank you Brennan, you really made my day with something that is probably just a habit to you now.“
