“I had ordered a delivery and it’s nowhere to be found. Now I’m stuck on hold with their support.

Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to their support only to hear they have to contact the store. And my food is still nowhere to be found and is probably cold by now.

This has been a terrible experience and there is nothing anyone can do. Support can’t do anything and there is not any other recourse if they mis-deliver your food. You will just have to sit and wait.

Edit: I received a call from the store and they made it right. Thank you.“

This Chick-fil-A location in Austin is consistently outstanding in every single way. The food is always fresh, hot and absolutely delicious with their iconic chicken sandwiches and waffle fries delivering pure satisfaction every single time. The service here is genuinely in a league of its own with a team that is remarkably friendly, efficient and goes above and beyond to make every customer feel genuinely valued. The drive-thru moves at an impressive pace even during the busiest periods and the order is always accurate and handled with a smile. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout. Chick-fil-A in Austin sets the gold standard for what fast food service should look like and it is a place I visit time and again with complete enthusiasm!“

“It was my first time at this location and I just did the drive-thru. It was VERY busy but the team did an amazing job at moving people through quickly. There were four lanes for cars and it transitioned into two lanes for food pick up. Can be a little overwhelming at first sight, but the team does great and it was a very fast experience!“

“We went in there close to closing time and they still served us. My friend cut her knee and the workers who were closing yet they stilll gave us bandaids. More specifically this one girl but I’m not sure of her name. But genuinely it was an amazing experience and I would go there again!“

“Back to school shopping plus tax free weekend made it a little crowded. However, the wait time for our mobile order was less than 10 minutes. Frie dly staff, fresh hot food. This Chic fil A is located on the upper level in the food court next to JD, across from the upper level entrance to JC Penny. Would definitely come back the next time am shoping at Barton Creek Square Mall.“

“This is the Chick-fil-A location I stop by the most because its right in the middle of campus, but its almost always super busy so you are in for a wait especially around times people get out of class. Located in the SAC, there is a lot of traffic through the building so it gets pretty loud while you are waiting in line and sometimes it feels like the line isn't moving but the workers here move as quickly as possible. Due to the lengths of the line I cant help but feel like I am going to be waiting forever but I think that I've never really waited over 10-15 minutes max as my longest wait time over the years. I also can't help but feel that the menu here looks a bit smaller than it would at one of the normal chain restaurant Chick-fil-As but they always have what I want so I can't really complain. Also, this Chick-fil-A is a Tapingo partner so I can order my food through an app and just come and pick it up which is super convenient and I have come to rely on this method even though it incurs a small service fee. The seating here is also kind of crazy because its part of a food court in a heavily trafficked area so be prepared to potentially not find seating after getting your food. It's overall never been a bad experience for me to grab a quick meal here so if you have upwards of 15 minutes to spend on getting food then I would just recommend coming here and grabbing it on your way home or to your next class.“

“Servers were very kind. Sat us and took our order at the table. We even had a robot deliver our food to our table. They have a playground. My son absolutely loved it. He has asked to go back specifically to this location multiple times. It’s way out of the way of us but we stop when we are on the way out of town to visit family.“

“Whenever I go to Chick-fil-A, I always get the Spicy Deluxe Combo. The subtle kick really whets my appetite, and dipping it in Chick-fil-A sauce is just amazing. Burgers are great, but chicken leaves me feeling nice and full without feeling heavy.“

“I went in to grab a good ol classic chicken burger and let me just say! Great service; Shelby (the girl with the purple glasses) was an exceptional worker! Greeted with a smile, great attitude, and quick with getting my order and asking all the right questions! I was in and out in seconds and didn’t even feel rushed! Now that’s customer service!“

“We’ve unfortunately been having some ongoing issues with the quality and consistency of the food at the Chick-fil-A location on Palmer and Dessau, so we’ve started coming to the Tech Ridge location instead.

This location is about five minutes farther from our house, and they don’t have a mobile drive-thru, so it’s not necessarily the most convenient option for us. But honestly, it’s worth the extra drive.

The food here has been consistently fresh, hot, and well-prepared, and the quality has been noticeably better every time we’ve come. We know what we’re going to get when we order here, which makes a big difference. And we’ve had issues with sad looking ice cream cones at the other location, and at this location? A happy ice cream cone!!!

We really appreciate the consistency at this location and will continue making the extra five-minute drive because the quality has been so much better!“
