Based on the reviews, this Chick-fil-A has great food and excellent customer service, with employees who are pleased to help with menu suggestions or how to build a meal. The food is often hot and fresh, and the staff seems to enjoy working with each other. The manager works just as hard as the staff, which is good for company morale. However, the dining area is a little crowded and can be loud and overstimulating during busy periods. Some reviews mention a chicken sandwich being cold and not fresh, with orders wrong and items forgotten from the bag. The Mobile-Thru used to be great but now has a closed second lane, causing bottlenecks. While the line can be long, employees are excellent at keeping it moving, and there is plenty of parking. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked.
