Based on the reviews, Slim Chickens serves great food that is hot, tasty, and fresh, with the chicken and waffles being a highlight. The staff provides great customer service, going above and beyond to correct mistakes and being friendly, helpful, and patient. One staff member was described as the epitome of customer service, being proactive, kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Another staff member gave a complete run down of the menu. However, some tables needed cleaning, with crumbs and sauce spilled on them. Also, all of the dessert jars had treenuts, which was a problem for a nut allergy.
