My husband enjoyed the lunch buffet. I had biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns. Biscuits and hash browns were good, gravy not so much. Runny and not true sausage gravy, lumps of flour in it. Sausage gravy: brown sausage then add flour and cook 1-2 minutes, add milk to desired thickness. I add about a quart of milk to 1/2 cup flour mixed into1 lb of sausage. Do not drain sausage prior to adding flour. Yummy!
