“I took my 3 daughters there and we each brought our fur baby. We sat on the patio and received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. The food was amazing and drinks were 🔥 . The staff at Hemisfair though were the absolute best!!! What an absolute Gem in San Antonio!!! Everything was absolutely AMAZING!!!! This will definitely be the first of many times we will visit.“

“If I could give 10 stars for service, I would! We hired Heavenly Gourmet for our wedding on 3/16/24 and it was an amazing experience all around! From the setup of the tasting to the actual wedding day, it was AMAZING! We went with the Heavenly stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies, and we got so many compliments on it! That poblano cream sauce is to die for! They also gave us a military discount (husband is USMC), and they threw in a free mac and cheese bar as a late-night snack if we booked within 72 hours. I called them a few weeks before our event and asked about appetizers because I hadn't figured out what to do for cocktail hour yet. They only charged for the actual appetizers, not extra fees for extra people or anything, and they were passed appetizers. They bring multiple people, so you don't have to worry about a thing. They helped with the cake cutting, they cleaned up plates and cups during and after dinner, and they even helped with venue clean up at the end of the night! This company goes above and beyond for their clients! I would 1000% recommend this company for your catering needs! They were easy to get a hold of whenever I needed anything, they were there on time, and stayed late!“

“✋️ DO NOT...I MEAN DO NOT...allow another minute to go by without ordering food from this place. Get it now! This was my very first meal in San antonio texas and I'll be going back. It doesn't matter what you order...just do it. Go ahead and order two different entrees. ❤️ I love african food, but this 👀...is addictive 😋 The BEST African food I've ever tasted. Thank you!“
“First time visit and we will definitely be back! Absolutely worth the 40 minute drive for us! We managed to make it second in line and only had to wait 15 minutes for opening. The food is delicious and super generous portions. Everything is flavorful and fresh! You can absolutely tell that this is food made from the heart!😋💕“

“We utilized the catering services of Bill Miller BBQ for my sister‘s celebration of life on December 1, 2024. The food was hot, fresh and outstanding. The staff showed such professionalism and respect and was super easy to work with. I have used Bill Miller catering on two other occasions and was extremely happy with those events as well. In addition, Bill Miller prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend Bill Miller BBQ catering.“

“Richard and his staff made our food tasting an amazing experience withing itself. Kind, courteous and most importantly delicious. The chicken took my breath away and the all in one availibity to have food, tables and dishes made this a welcome visit in planning out big day. And with other catering places the prices were astounding and I doubt the other caterers had food this delicious. “We used them for our Ladies group Christmas lunch at our church. Brittany was very easy to work with. The food arrived at the correct temperature and was delicious. We had the pecan crusted chicken. They provided everything we needed. The cream braille was the best but all the desserts were fabulous. Their spinach salad with strawberries and walnuts was a favorite. “We ran into Blanca’s Cake and Catering about 2 years ago at a quince expo. Ever since then my daughter has been raving about them, and this was just from a tasting. Then we hired them to do the cake and repostería at my daughters quince. Everything was perfect from the frosting to the cake to the cookies. I explained how we do not like frosting that is too sweet and a little bit whipped and boy did they come through. The wedding cookies were raved about through my family and the little matching colored desserts were a hit with all the teens. Would recommend a million times over.“

“We just had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Don Strange of Texas. We had a small group of people and the turkey with sweet potatoes, Yukon potatoes, and stuffing was perfect. The green beans with peppers and onions was divine. We ordered the pecan pie as an extra and we made a great choice! We are hoping you will let us order for Christmas as well. Let us know when we need to place our order.“

“It was nice and quiet when we went the man helping us was very kind. I love that they accept foodstamps the beef jerky was bomb.com and there meat was looking so delicious I love that its single packaged cause the meat stays fresh and doesnt look all bloody.
