When you first walk in, they have their homemade meats hanging in a meat locker. I thought he was going to lose his mind! Pizza and dessert was beyond fantastic! It all is fresh AF. No joke. Even beer and wine is locally sourced. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE WHEN IN SAN ANTONIO.“

“I went to Via 313 in Webster, TX for my birthday 12/29/24 and they made my birthday amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond there too. They gave me a surprise birthday dessert (it was enough to share with my party). And on my way out the door I received a birthday card and a gift card for another pizza! They made my day so special! That meal was my birthday gift, and they made it a gift that kept giving. It being right after Christmas, the experience was memorable and special! Thank you, Courtney, and the Via 313 team!“

“I picked up some pizzas and salads for a work meeting. The order was correct, ready when I arrived, and they had provided tons of plates, utensils, napkins and pepper/parmesan packets that I'd forgotten to ask for when placing my order over the phone. The employees were super helpful and kind over the phone and at pickup. Everyone was raving about the food, particularly the chicken portobello pizza, but all were a hit and there were no leftovers. Was happy they had gluten-free options since I was feeding a group. Would definitely order again for myself or a future work event.“

“Had a wonderful time! Phoebe took great care of us, professional and friendly. The food was good. We had wings, pizza, and a salad bar trip. They had a basketball game for the kids to play for free. I knew Round Table from my west coast childhood, so I was hopeful. They did not disappoint!“

“First dining experience in San Antonio was right across the street from the hotel, a place called DOUGH….it’s a double entendre of sorts, the founder is a man named Doug Horn, so it’s effectively his first name plus the initial of his last……it’s also an Italian Restaurant, of which dough is a prime staple and fitting for such an establishment….Doug and wife Lori founded this business yearning for an experience to rival those of southern Italy, with the Caprese themed colors of the Italian flag - red, white, and green represented by tomato, mozzarella, and basil….I found my own inspiration in Italy, in fact, as I traveled there several times while stationed in Germany, and found the hanging sausages of the local salumerias absolutely fascinating….it reminded me of my grandparents’ garage growing up, with the European style landjager dried sausages hanging from wall to wall, an artisanship which joined my great great grandpa Wilhelm on his voyage to the New World in 1898….and at some point, it entered my mind that I wanted to bring that slice of Italy back to the United States with me, as did Doug and Lori, and re-create it on some level here in Thorndale…it took nigh a decade, but our dried sausage program is bustling, even including an Italian Caprese flavor in the lineup of over a dozen flavors we continue to perfect every week…..now, as for DOUGH, it is the real deal….the housemade mozzarella is exceptional, and the Caprese dish with ample tomatoes, big leaves of fresh basil, coarse salt and pepper, with a drizzle of olive oil and dabs of balsamic, is a meal unto itself…..then the bruschetta, with marinated cherry tomatoes, chubby cloves of sauteed garlic, and some handmade garlic-parmesan bread, there was really no need to follow up with a pizza, yet we did anyway…..and the pizza was again a rockstar, the crust is just phenomenal, the marinara sauce is not overbearing, just the right amount and it bursts with flavor, ample oregano, garlic, and basil….we couldn’t finish it all, but I assure you it made for an excellent breakfast the next morning…...it’s a bit loud and crowded, but it is the city, after all, so peace and quiet is not the norm…and it’s hard to beat that view, with the almost-full moon dancing around the lit-up Tower of the America’s…..crowded is a tell-tale sign of popularity, and speaking of busy, it’s a long weekend ahead, triple header style caterings Saturday and Sunday, but we got the full BBQ Lineup today and Saturday, doors open at 1030am….GIDDY UP....“

“This is my to go pizza place when I'm feeling like having a lot of different toppings. I always load mine up with double pepperoni, double bacon and double chicken. Then add veggies like artichokes, mushrooms, and garlic bulbs. Being able to do that and pay just flat fee depending on size is an amazing deal. That pizza anywhere else would be at least 3 times as much with all the toppings. Not only is volume of food there, it also tastes great! Service has always been stellar too.“

“I was leaving my jury duty community service and decided to try one for first time. Well I was happily surprised by the 16in HEB supreme pizza! Nothing else added to my order…this is the way it came out hot and delicious looking. Perfect choice for takeout! By the time I picked a few items in the store they were ready to go! “Fresh pizza came out almost every 10 minutes which is great. I liked the simple salad bar. The desserts were cinnamon rolls and brownies. Multiple pizza to choose from and bread sticks. There was a chicken soup. Hopefully in the future more pasta gets added.

There are basically only 4 games. 1 motor cycle racing, 2 simple sitting racing games for children 6 and younger and a jurassic shooting game. Everything else was a claw machine game. 1 punching bag game for teens and older since the bag height cant be adjusted for little kids.

There was an employee that went around a lot to collect dishes so that plates dont add up on the tables.“

From Claire talking to me over the phone and answering all my questions, to our outstanding party host Jisele, and how could I forget Michael, our Chuck E. Cheese for the day. We were the only party there and they paid so much attention and care to our experience being the only party and a very small party at that. It was not only incredibly personalized, but the attention to detail and the attention to our child, smiling and being happy, I will never go to another place for a birthday party, and I will never use another hostess other than Jisele. Take my advice as a parent of five girls ranging in ages from toddlers to early teens if you’re gonna do a party, do it at Chuck E. Cheese ask for Michael to be your Chuck E. Cheese and ask for Jisele to be your hostess and treat her with the most kindness because that is the only way she treated us. The place was clean. The food was good. My kid was happy and every single game worked and gave out tickets. And if you really want to make your kids super excited purchase the giant Chuck E. Cheese that they have in the prize area for $20 and he will personally give it to your child and it is an amazing experience for your kid. And don’t forget to tip your hostess for their hard work and dedication to making your party as easy as possible, and the best experience you and your kid.“
