“Absolutely wonderful experience! These ladies who work there are so friendly. I'm not sure if its the atmosphere or just the ones yall hired because they're so sweet, peaceful and kind!! Some days I can tell their energies are slightly down because of how slammed they get, however, they never stop smiling and I appreciate that because I understand what its like to work in that industry so please let them know to KEEP on smiling, being friendly, & always showing a good level of hospitality because at times, customers may be negative, the environment may be negative, the workload may be stressful but its that positive spirit that keeps you grounded and focused on your goals. But it also helps the next person because you do not know what people may be going through, and you ladies have such a positive energy every time I walk in there, I'm sure it makes people who are also going through the same things, feel better and motivated to stay peaceful, knowing we can all go home at night & recharge, enjoying the comforts that some people do not have.

“The person at the front seemed visibly miserable and appeared annoyed when I clarified that I wanted the beverage to go. I apologize for not specifying that upfront — as it was my first time there, I wasn’t aware that beverages are made for here by default.

It may be helpful for the front-end employee to ask whether the order is for here or to go to avoid confusion. A little more personability — or at least not appearing irritated — would also go a long way.

As a former barista, I completely understand how frustrating it can be when communication isn’t clear between coworkers. However, I would never act inconvenienced or frustrated toward a customer, especially over something that may not have even been asked at the register.“

“My smoothie King experience today was amazing. Honestly all the employees are so very sweet and I cannot say one bad thing about my experience. I ordered a PB swizzle and an angel food on a smoothie and a smoothie bowl. The smoothie bowl was a perfect consistency. It was not two rock solid or two watery. The açai was amazing. The fruits were so fresh and the peanut butter was perfect the mixtures and the quality of my smoothie bowl was just incredible. I definitely recommend getting a PBswizzle. My angel food was as well not disappointing at all amazing. The texture was perfect and you could just taste how fresh the fruit was. It was perfectly blended. I will definitely be going back.“
