“We have been coming to this bagel place since we lived 30 minutes away. Now we moved to FM this is the only place we go for bagels. Husband likes onion bagels which are only available on weekends. Sometimes we missed it because we didn’t get in early enough. Guess what, no big deal. We are ok with others like everything, cinnamon, or plains. Sometimes we tried a different flavor and didn’t like it. So what? We won’t buy that flavor again. Same thing with any other restaurants/places we visit.
There is a sign posted on their door that they’re open to 2pm or sold out. It operates the same way as any other business. When they are out, they are out. Keep in mind that you can’t make everyone happy.“

We are huge fans of the red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip which pair beautifully with their cream cheese frosting and are always so moist and wonderful. However, the customer service is what really sets this location apart. I was greeted warmly by smiling faces who were eager to help and watched several customers get in and out super quick while I was there. I had a special request and the owners were happy to try to make it happen and the results were better than I could have hoped. I picked up a personalized tasting box from her and brought it home. After one bite of the peaches and cream cake, Rodrigo knew that she was the one (He said: “That’s It”). We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. Jana was amazing to work with and just look at the cake – it tastes even better. It didn’t last but thirty minutes after cutting the cakes. I have already ordered from Jana again for other events. Go check her out, she will blow your socks off with her flavors and is so easy to work with.“

The Up North bun was unlike anything we’ve ever had before, but it’s reminiscent of a waffle served with ice cream (plus chocolate & caramel sauces) - absolutely delicious! We also tried their iced mocha, which had a strong espresso flavor and no sugar - while the sugar didn’t dissolve super well, what did work was adding some of the melted ice cream … yummy! The barista patiently described the menu items to us and was as sweet as could be. Highly recommend!“

A bearded man decked out in a frilly pink tutu, a flamboyant feather boa, and tights! They had him prancing across the street like a giddy flamingo, twirling with exaggerated flair, striking absurd poses, and even curtseying with a flourish!

Mitch threw himself into the silliness, pointing his toes with dainty precision and strutting with a sway that left us all wondering if he was secretly loving his bearded ballerina gig a little too much—way too comfortable in that embarrassing getup! The staff roared with laughter over his spot-on toe point, eagerly asking if he’d return again, and posting those hilarious pics online to flaunt their fun-loving store spirit.

And let’s not forget the actual cookies, because they’re the reason we’d come back again. These treats are next-level: soft, gooey, and baked fresh on the spot. Everything was packaged beautifully, stayed fresh for the delivery Mitch had to make (still in that tutu, bless him), and tasted like heaven. Prices are great, and the store’s spotless, with the staff’s infectious humor keeping the vibe pure sugary fun. Five stars for the amazing treats and for helping with our pink princess!
