“I came in earlier today with my mom, we like to hang around coffee shops and were in the market for a new one, so we ended up at Comb’s after a brief google search. In trying any new coffee shop, I tend to be considerably anxious about it because I’m a little picky about how my coffee is made but oh. My. God. Upon first entering it was fragrant, and welcoming, and the atmosphere, despite being virtually windowless, was unique, cozy, and very friendly. As was the staff! Amongst being super knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, the man had a lot to say about it, and I thought it was really interesting learning about it! I’ve also never seen a coffee shop so passionate about what it’s selling. AS WELL AS SOLAR POWERED!!!! SOLAR!!!!!!! POWERED!!!!!!! That’s so sick!!! I appreciate that a lot! This also had to be some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. It had this like perfect balance of having that coffee flavor, without being too bitter, or overpowering the other notes in the drink. I ordered an iced mocha (I think? It’s been a long time since this morning), and it was smooth, nutty, and altogether just amazing. I’ve had nothing that compares to it. There are also tons. And tons. And tons of options in terms of drinks. Was it a little hard to find the shop? I mean, sure, but it only took us one lap around the row of buildings to notice the entrance sign and figure it out! The mural also helps give it away. And was it also a little pricey? Yeah, but to be fair, coffee is expensive these days, and it honestly probably isn’t the most I’ve ever spent on a coffee, and it’s great quality too anyways! Give it a shot if you ever have the chance, well for sure be back next we have the time to :)“
“Parks is a cool facility a bit touristy but a fun place to hang out. There's big windows everywhere so you can be nosy and look at all that's going on like the processing of the coffee and the coffee education classes. It's way to busy to get work done here it's best to just hang out and catch up with friends or something. I enjoyed my drink and the lady at the counter was super nice.“

“I finally broke down and got more than their delicious Honey & Lavender Latte. And oh my goodness, their doughnuts are “heavenly!” -In All honesty, it’s taken me as long as I have to try their doughnut because they looked a bit much for me (like they looked a bit overwhelming and I thought maybe they’d be too dense for my liking). But no, they are perfect in every way.• The artistry• The unique and complex craftsmanship of flavor• The perfect balance in texture• The balance between doughnut and icing, and in every other way truly a perfect doughnut! My personal faves:- Lavender & honey almond milk latte.- Crème brûlée doughnut- Fig + Mascarpone doughnut- Love cake doughnut?⭐️?“

The Starwood eggs benedict were perfect. ( I asked for the hollandaise on the side). Several side dish options. I chose hash browns and cooked crispy, as requested. The coffee was hot and full- bodied. Lots of options on the menu, including gluten free. Belgian waffles. Biscuits. Eggs. Oatmeal. Highly recommend.“

“Had lunch with my travel buddy next door at Graffiti Pasta then over to their neighbor, TG of Verona. She and I had been to Greece in the spring and sampled their gelato which we thought couldn't be topped. Well, TG of Verona did it! Loved everything about this place and, of course, the gelato was fabulous! I had a small cup of coconut gelato and pistachio gelato I will go back for more. The best frozen treat on the square by far! Sorry, no picture - gobbled it down before I realized I didn't take a snapshot.“

“They sell beautiful desserts that are generously stacked with a wide array of fruits and flavors (i.e. Mugwort cheesecake, Haagen-Dazs tart). The taste is on the less sweeter side, so that’s a plus too. I wasn’t too big on the tarts, but the cheesecakes were pretty good. My favorite was their chocolate cheesecake - very rich chocolate flavor! They update their flavors on instagram, so be sure to check in case you want a specific flavor that day.FYI, the layout is kinda wonky and it’s pretty loud, so just take to-go.“
“Highly recommend independent coffee stand Cary's Coffee at the Music City mall. This gem of a independent business utilizes, a high-performance espresso machine enhanced with top notch beans to brew all kinds of excellent , as a three decade, long, aficionado, Espresso , I have tried scores of cups of espresso at some of the top espresso cafés in USA and Europe. Sadly many of these cafés actually end up serving very bitter espresso, amazingly Cary's is able to brew espresso and serve it in legit. ceramic espresso, cups. The espresso itself radiates a perfect Crema and has the smoothest taste of the many Espresso's. I have tried over the three decades. One can get Espresso, latte, cappuccino, and macchiato options, Cary's offers an usually diverse, extensive, and hard to find tea options. Look at the photos to see all the coffee flavor and tea options available. On top of this Cary's, makes variations of potato soup, other soups and breakfast food options. This highly imaginative, incredibly diverse and reasonably priced independent business deserves huge amounts of support and patronizing by those of us Lewisville Reeves make an effort to at least visit and patronize this business..“

“If you're ever looking for selections of kolaches, here's your spot! The owner is the sweetest lady and she works every day to make these. I'm still working my way through the options, but my favorites are the Philadelphia cheese steak and the BBQ so far. But I've enjoyed all the ones I've had! I asked her about getting a big order for the office as this is on my way to work and she said she just needs 3 day notice. I can't wait to share! Everyone should show some support to this little shop.“

“I dine here regularly and quite enjoy everything about it. The ropa vieja is a little less tomatoed than most I have had in Miami, but nevertheless delicious. I frequently order the vaca frita, and often a batido de mamey or guanabana. The staff are kind and attentive, and the food is consistent, authentic, and fresh.“

“I was there during Columbus Day and they were closing early, so I transitioned to the outdoor seating. It was hot (90 degrees) and sunny and was there a couple hours. I think the owner or manager came to the store to drop some things off, saw me sitting in the outdoor seating alone working on my laptop and just as he was about to close up and leave, he kindly offers me a cold bottle water! I was in town for business and not sure if this was just southern hospitality, but it’s nice to see such kindness. If I am back in town I will definitely come back to the place! Great service!“

“Took my son for his birthday on a school day at 8:30 am. Simple donut selection but huge area for dining in. 1 lady behind the counter seemed overworked but still eager to please. Other customers were upper middle class and kind. They were out of rings with strawberry frosting, but the lady squirted some on a glazed for me, no problem ? Donut holes were hot and fresh. Donuts, too. Yum!“

“My husband and I tried breakfast here for the first time and had a great experience. Collin was our waiter and he has a great sense of humor (10/10 straw drop to start the experience) and we were honored to be the first order in his new order notebook. Food was delivered hot and quickly and not greasy. Perfect size for the price with leftovers for tomorrow. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good meal in a nice local spot!“

“PROs: Old but quaint place, decor is chic. Hostess and customer service is excellent. Food is good quality and attn to detail was noticeable. Mini muffins were served as appetizers but not sure if they were GF and I failed to ask.CONs: No designated parking for the restaurant, it's a hassle to find one up close during busy hours. We ordered: Healthy Hippie, American Breakfast omelet, and a decaf latte. Vanessa, waitress at the time, was in training and did just fine.“

“Always a great place to come for brunch on the weekends. It’s always busy and your party must all be present to be sat. We normally sit at the bar. The specialty coffees are so good! I always get the lavender honey latte and it is just the perfect amount of flavor. The menu is vast so it can be challenging to pick. This time we got the hash brown bowl and the breakfast tacos. We get something different each time we go and it’s always good. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. There is plenty of street parking surrounding the restaurant. There are steps to get up to the door with hand rails. All in all we have been here many times and will continue to return.“

“My wife had been here several times before but this was my first time.Initially I was going to have pasta but settled on a margarita pizza. The Neapolitan style pizza was a good choice. Healthy amounts of fresh mozzarella topped the pizza. Very little basil. My son had the carbonara pasta and I had a taste. That was a good choice. My wife had the seafood risotto which I didn’t think was that great. I thought it was a bit bland and I thought the rice was a bit overcooked.Would go back again and I’d like to try some of their desserts.“

“Still my favorite place to get green Thai tea! Otherwise, their strawberry hibiscus is also good. Prices are ok, though they have gone up just like every place. Service is friendly enough. Give them a try, I prefer them over most of the other bubble tea places.“
“My church had an event on 9/17/22, we ordered Donuts, kolaches and other pastries. The things I tried were all delicious. I particularly enjoyed the spinach and cheese pastry!!! It was so good I decided to go there and get one. I also got a bacon wrapped kolache, it was good as well. The guy who was there appeared friendly, he was helpful.“

“Cafe Brazil in Denton is nice. I've went here a few times. Coffee is good and food is good. Mostly a college town, students eat here and love the bottomless coffee best.Recommend for anyone needing a reasonably priced meal or coffee fix.Parking: Parking is a breeze. This location was formerly Rick's Bar and Grill. Then Cafe Brazil came and took it over. So the parking was designed for a bar and restaurant.“

“Everything you want from a Mexican-American diner breakfast. I got the Migas and it hit the spot. Heads up the 603 sauce is a red sauce and maybe ask for a couple extra tortillas. I loved it though. The breakfast nachos were great, too (from the bite I stole). We came for the ice box coffee. Tasted like one of those Starbucks caramel latte that comes in a glass bottle. Came in a cool shaker. I think it's just cold brew, cream, and the flavor of your choosing. The coffee ice cubes were an excellent touch.“

“I love the convenience of this location for the community of Castle Hills. It was a nice place to meet my friend for breakfast and take time to catch up. The decor and atmosphere was great. It’s a cute little place and was very comfortable. The menu is nice and they have a lot of options as well as some healthy choices. They gladly substituted pancakes for French toast, but I feel like I may have enjoyed the pancakes better. They offer fresh squeezed orange juice which was the star of the show! However, they only offer one size and it’s nice and large. That wouldn’t be the best for kids but I’m sure they would bring additional glasses and you could separate it into smaller servings. My friend ordered a caramel latte And wanted a small orange juice but there wasn’t an option. The food was good but not amazing. The service was okay. Our server never picked up straw wrappers and other trash that I placed at the edge of the table. It would have been so easy to grab that off the table while we enjoyed our meal.I ordered the ‘For Mom’: scrambled eggs, bacon and substituted French toast for the pancakes. The French toast looked amazing but was pretty bland, even with a lot of butter and syrup that I added. It was also a bit tough. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the eggs were good.My friend ordered the avocado toast. It was delicious. We couldn’t really see the oil that the menu indicated was drizzled on it but it was so fresh tasting. The fruit was nice and the scrambled egg whites were fine.I’m sure I’ll try them again but I’ll probably choose other options.“

“I want to start off by saying I have went the sidewalk cafe on multiple occasions and I loved it!! So much so that I wanted to host a birthday brunch there. Now getting accommodation for this place was easy and I loved that the owner Sam really worked with me!THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!Seeing as it was a big party I don’t blame the servers to much and honestly it was most definitely a communication issue with the server… but really almost took me and my party out was HOW RUDEEEE THE FOOD RUNNER WAS!! but my thing is if a staff member is going to be interacting with customers he needs to have some home training!! Or not say anything at all. Our actual servers were so nice!! I loved them so much but that food runner literally almost ruined the whole experience.“

“A great breakfast spot definitely my #2 in Denton, Food is amazing steak and eggs were awesome cooked perfectly to temperature. Price was not bad at all 15.99 for 8oz steak 2 eggs hash browns and toast. The server was amazing didn’t catch her name. Only gripe was I chose a booth and although I’m 6ft tall getting in and out was difficult without moving the table or bench. Orange juice I was told is freshly squeezed but tasted like your regular bottled juice. Allergies were bad though so maybe It was me. But overall awesome place to grab a quick breakfast.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a daily open floor plan both inside and out, any persons in a wheelchair probably won’t have an issue getting around the parking lot or into and in the store.“

“Love pleasant surprises as we were nearby and wanted to get dessert with my friends. I’m so glad we tried this place as initially I pointed to the wall which was a mega berry. Let’s say when I saw the price of $18 I was quite shock and disappointed with such a high price. What we got was one of the most delicious ice shaving, multi layered dessert, shaved ice, mung bean paste, condensed milk, mango, strawberry, and random yummy slices of cheesecake. Definitely can fill up four people after dinner or lunch or two if you are really hungry. This dessert place easily skyrocketed to the top three favorite dessert dishes for me“

“I had a delightful time visiting this tea room! First off, the hostess treated us to a delightful tea tasting with absolutely delicious blends that complimented our meal well. Speaking of the meal, I can't recommend it enough! The quiche was light and airy, and wonderfully fluffy! I also got an in the garden salad, which went well with the rest of the meal. And goodness, I got a peanut butter icebox pie for dessert and it was amazing! It was the perfect blend of cool and creamy, I'd buy a whole pie if I could! And the cinnamon loaf is equally delicious, soft and warm, but not cloying sweet like some cinnamon desserts can get. It was absolutely wonderful, and if I'm in the area again I'd love to pay a visit! (By the way, I did get vegetarian options while I was here, there was no trouble at all to order).“
