“Found this place after going for a run at the Trinity trails and I am so glad I did! It’s got so many options and they’re all so healthy so you can pick anything knowing it’s going to taste great and BE great for your body. Along with their menu items they have coolers with alot of vegan made items like their own ranch, pasta salad, chikn salad, hummus, trail mix pieces, bottled and canned drinks and alot more. The staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the magazine and smoothie while sitting outside at one of their tables. It’s now a part of my post workout routine! It’s right off of 7th so be aware that you have to either pay for close parking or park on the street for cheaper and walk to it. It’s a quick walk and totally worth it.“

“Absolutely delicious! We ordered the bubble waffle with puff cream and it was fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside with soft, airy goodness inside. The puff cream was light and not overly sweet—such a great balance.

We also tried the strawberry matcha and a lemon slushy, and both were super refreshing. The strawberry matcha had a nice blend of earthy matcha and fruity sweetness, while the lemon slushy was bright, tangy, and perfect for cooling off.

It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. I tried it out and looked very cozy, and there is plenty of seating area and definitely plenty of parking. Ladies behind the counter were very friendly, and the latte i ordered was very tasty.
