“I'm hoping management can reach out to me. Im here every single day. Whomever the lady is working this morning Jan 13th I need to follow up with regarding issues.

Im late, order ahead everyday, train made everyone late. Then I get here. The smoothie is not correct (I order the same one everyday for months) and she tried to validate how she did do it correct. It was wrong color and taste completely. But the biggest issue, I was at the front yelling for someone to come up while im late and I can hear her in the back on her phone what sounded like behind a closed door having a full conversation. So shes so focused on her phone, I cant get my order fixed to get to work and now I'm affected further because I couldnt get her to come up. Then to give me excuses instead of owning up to she messed up.

But it may not have been messed up if she'd be more focused on her job rather than her phone.

Im here everyday and ive never had this issue and hope to follow up with someone.

I refuse to leave lower review because im always getting great service at this location, but this morning was unacceptable. And I have a photo I wont post here to confirm the correct person is followed up with.“

“Tropical Smoothie made a great first impression with a warm greeting and friendly smiles.
We’re açaí bowl fans, and they did not disappoint. I had the Nutella bowl with extra chia seeds, and my wife went with the Mango bowl with Nutella. Both were perfectly sized and as good as we’ve had anywhere.
Plenty of parking, spacious inside with a few outdoor tables, and the store was spotless—from the front windows to the bathrooms (which were also very clean). Well lit and staffed for quick service.

“Service was Amazing! We ordered 78 smoothies to go and they were ready and packed up for us in record time. The staff even packed them in boxes of ice to ensure they stayed frozen for transport. We will definitely be back!“

“I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe today and overall the food and smoothies were really good. Everything tasted fresh and the service from most of the staff was great. However, I did notice something that made the experience a little uncomfortable. The manager on shift (I don’t know her name, but she was a tall woman with a darker complexion) was being very rude to one of the employees. The employee was very kind and polite the entire time, but the manager was speaking to her in a harsh and disrespectful way. At one point she even scolded her for going to the bathroom, which didn’t seem fair because that’s something people can’t always control. I just wanted to mention this because the employee was doing her best and remained very respectful. I hope management can make sure the staff are treated kindly, because the rest of the experience and the food were great.“

“Great coffee, great service! As a Midwesterner, I was excited to try Caribou again a couple of months ago. Every since, I’ve been going three or four days a week in the morning for work. I ordered through the app, which is quick and easy, and pick up at the drive-through window. Evans, the manager, and his team greet me by name with a smile! “My favorite location with my favorite broistas! Service is usually faster, friendly and consistent to standards. Customers need to read and use the second lane to avoid backing up traffic. There’s a sign that says “choose the shortest lane”. If a broista is not outside taking orders then it’s a universal understanding that you start merging in zigzag form to order at the window. Don’t be jerks and not let other cars merge. If both lanes are open, use them instead of backing up traffic. 🐾“

“Clean and everything in its place. When we approached the front the only person there was fixing an order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. “Just started coming to Pressed around 2 weeks ago. Definitely a staple spot after morning runs. The first time I came in I was greeted by Liz. She’s the best seriously. As many times as we’ve been already she encouraged us to get the app, and sign up for the VIP. Little did we know how many benefits we’d get from that. They have a sample cart so you can taste the drinks before you purchase which is amazing. Everything is pretty decently priced and the juices are delicious. When we got to the ordering speaker, we told her 3x what we were wanting. Got to window, 2 diff ladies confirmed again with is what we wanted. We got our order but one drink was just pure protein without the strawberry. Basically was half full and taste terrible. We went in today to see what went wrong. The young gentleman, Ben, listened very politely to our experience & remade our drink & even making it a larger size. I was of course very cordial & he was extremely nice & explained why they were so busy (short staff) yesterday.
