“First time dining here and the food is amazing! My husband had the baked potato with sausage and bacon. It had plenty of cheese on it too and I had to taste it...so rich and delicious! I had the catfish, shrimp, okra, and slaw. The catfish filets were thick with a little cornmeal coating, perfect! Everything was well seasoned and there's Tony's and Louisiana hot sauce at the table too. Friendly folks that made us feel right at home, and the dessert is not to be missed! “Our favorite place in Longview! As much as Longview has to offer everytime we decide on coming to town we always pick Sushi Shima. The best food, best service, and always the best time. The menu provides food for everyone and the all you can eat is the way to go! You get 4 times the bang for your buck. If you are a sushi lover this place is the go to. Amd if you have people in your party that may not be on that side of the menu they have plenty to accommodate them. Kid friendly as well.”

The pricing was a little steep, but running a small business in this economy kind of requires the prices to be higher in order to turn a profit. It was a laid back environment with lots of good music playing in the background. The various games to play were really fun too!We will definitely go back.”

Quality over quantity and man do they deliver. The location was clean and staffed with friendly East Texas personalities They would have received a solid five but they allowed a dog in which for me is a big issue. Overall good experience.”
