Johnny Walker's BBQ is a great place to stop by on the way to Fredericksburg, TX. The moist, sliced brisket was so delicious and savory. The ribs are peppered and bring a lot of flavor to the table. Their Mac n Cheese is a must because it's made from scratch and has such a great consistency and taste. Not only is the food delicious, they have wonderful southern hospitality and make sure everything is going well. I would highly recommend this to anyone stopping by in the area!
I’ve eaten barbecue all around Texas and I can honestly say this has to be one of the best places I’ve ever eaten! The brisket was AMAZING!! RIBS WERE PROBABLY THE BEST IVE EVER HAD! I ended up getting Mac and cheese and greens with my two meat plate and let me tell you there Mac and cheese is absolutely ridiculous had a hint of jalapeños but 0 heat!!!

Delicious, moist brisket and sausage. Beans and potato salad were delicious as well. While we were there a tv crew was filming, would like to see the result. Husband thinks of himself as a BBQ connoisseur and Johnny Walkers got a "thumbs up"! High praise coming from him.
