“Obviously this was my first time going here, that’s typically when I make a review. This ducked of place is connected to a hotel, the #Magnuson Grand hotel, which is not a five star rating in my opinion. However, this “hole in the wall” literally is open off from double doors inside of the hotel. Do not expect anything luxurious but I have it five stars because the food was good, service was quick, vibes were straight (even though I was the only one to get booed on the karaoke stage), and the experience was cool. I will definitely be back to redeem my performance lol. There was a mix between dj #music and the performances. My brother lost his phone there on his #birthday and the next day he went back and they had it for him! It’s best to reserve a table early. It started getting #packed around 11ish. This particular night it cost $10 to get in. It’s a predominantly black crowd but there were other races there (white , Hispanic, and Asia). “Went here last night for the Super Bowl. Was greeted right away when I walked. Sat at the bar during game and had a great time! Service was great the wings were awesome. “If you're looking for a great place to have fun, look no further than Corner Bar & Grill. The owner and staff are super nice and helpful. The place has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a barn style and steel perlins that make it unique. The bar is made from oak tongue and groove. The drinks are cold, and there is always something fun going on. And the best part is, motorcycles are welcome! It's a bikers' paradise and I love it. “Table reservations were free the night i went. I went to chill with friends, they never showed up so I was alone. I was having a great time by myself. Small cozy place I was really enjoying the peace of being alone. But when I went to order food they gave my table away. No waitress came to see if I wanted to order I was having such a great time 2hrs has went by so I went to the bar to order. When I got back they had seated a couple at my table, my name was still on the table. Anyway we got that resolved I didn't stop smiling, my night wasn't about to be ruined. If you're by yourself better run to order and run back cause they will give you're table away. This could have went left. I thank God it didn't.DJ was a 7 out of 10 for what I've seen here in dallas. I will return next time with my husband so he can stay at the table???“
“First time I went was awful. I gave it a second attempt and it was great. First time the waitress couldn’t speak English which made it hard for her and myself to understand each other also my glass had hard Queso on it so I left. Went back a month later for the second time and set in the bar area. The Bartender lady was great and food was amazing. We spent $51 for to plates, and sweet tea. We had fish with shrimp soup, and whole fried catfish. We went on a Sunday around 2pm made it right before the crowd.“
