“I absolutely love Romas. I’ve tried other Romas in other areas but this one has my favorite dish, the Rigatoni Vodka, and they make it absolutely delicious. The staff is always amazing and we just celebrate there this past weekend and they accommodated for our large group and did a very good job. I recommend this place out of all the others and I’m happy we stay 3 mins away because we get our Pizza on Friday nights. We just love it“

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza, located on Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster, Texas, on Saturday, January 11th. I recently hosted a party for my 17-year-old grandson at this location, and we were treated with outstanding courtesy and respect.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that he had spoken with me a week prior regarding the arrangements. We arrived an hour early to set up, and the staff accommodated our needs without hesitation. The service was truly exceptional, and the manager ensured that our group of 14 guests was well taken care of.
A particular highlight of the evening was when the manager arranged for the entire restaurant to sing 'Happy Birthday' to my grandson, a gesture that nearly brought me to tears, as I had not been able to spend time with him in two years.
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza for their outstanding service and hospitality. It is clear that you employ exceptional staff, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication.

“Everything about this place was a 5 star. The food was delicious, customer service was great and the portion size for the cost was AMazing. I ordered the chicken salad, birria quesadilla plate and kids meal quesadilla. All the food was hot, came with all the condiments and soooo good. Will be returning and referring!!“

“I stopped by around 4pm on a Friday so i assume everyone was at work . My Gf is from Da chi, so I appreciate the suggestion. Small location but very convenience spot. Wait time is about 25 minutes So I suggest you order ahead of time if you have something to do .Definitely will be returning. I ordered, the 10 whole wings and fries. “I'm from Brooklyn, a cook, a foodie and a super trucker so I know good food and where to get it in all 48 states Canada and Mexico so I think all of that makes me a self proclaimed food expert. Here's my take on Taste of Jamaica. I got the curry Goat rice and peas and cabbage. The goat was definitely fall of the bone and melt in your mouth, a little lite on flavor from what I'm used to but it was still good not great but good, the rice and peas was great and the cabbage with the mixed vegetables in it was different I like where the cook was going with it but it could have used a little seasoning on it. I will go back and try the ox tail and leave a review. I give the food a 3 1/2 out of 5 and I give that smile behind the counter a 5 out of 5 service was great and fast.“
