The place was great!! That Burger King (on San Bernando) had fresh food & the customer service was excellent on that location!! I am looking forward in going to the Burger King, on that location, more often!!
There is no ketchup, if you ask for some they give you 2... the sodas has light flavor... womens bathroon is filthy... the restaurant garbage is full most of the day
The restaurant is extremely filthy!
1) As soon as you go into the restrooms, it smells like urine,
2)The Glass doors are smeared and dirty,,
3) The floors are dirty and seems they haven’t been mopped in a while
4) There’s food crumb and food stains on the edges of the floor and walls,
5) I cleaned my own table,
6) The food trays are sticky.
Overall staff needs training on cleaning and a health class to understand how sick a customer can become from germs...read full review

Burger King provides great customer service, with a clean and improved environment. The cashiers are friendly, and orders are always on time. The restaurant's design is cool, and the employees are calm, generous, and hardworking. Food is delicious and consistently in good condition, making it a great spot to bring kids.
