“Highly recommend BK on Shiloh. I have to say that this Shiloh location is the Best Burger King in Laredo ,Texas. We are always greeted with friendly service, a clean atmosphere and extremely delicious food. My kids and I have made it a family favorite spot. We really enjoy this family friendly restaurant.“

“Went in today for an early lunch. The restaurant was super clean, and was greeted with a smile and a friendly “hello”. Mayra is the young lady who went above and beyond in making sure I was completely satisfied with my visit. If only all employees followed this young lady’s example!!!! “When I have a stopover on the bus, I stop by for breakfast, the service is attentive, they speak to you in Spanish and the very high percentage of customers are Spanish-speaking, the quality and temperature of the food has always been good. The problem in the morning is finding a free table, there is a customer bathroom on site“

“I really enjoy this Burger King. The staff is attentive and nice. The food is always fresh (in my case it has). I think my only complaint is that I always have to wait for my food, even when there isn't a lot of traffic. But I guess that's why my food is always fresh“

“I entered with the cashiers greeting me. They happily took my order, and repeated my order. The place look really clean, especially the restrooms. My order was ready in less than 2 minutes which was really impressive. The manager handed me my food, she repeated the order and she said provecho with a smile. Overall, one of the few fast food restaurants that had me wanting to come back soon. My steakhouse burger was so good and the burger was hot.“

“My grandfather loved Burger King breakfast. Coffee and Croissantwhich. I would come over to his house to have breakfast with hime and grandma every Saturday morning. He was laid to rest this morning. I woke up later than I wanted since we were in a time table. I called ahead and asked how soon they could have 10 Croissantwhiches. They told me to just drop by that it would be ready. So I drove over and they had it as I walked in. Thank you for making this breakfast with my family special. I won't forget it“

“I'll start with i love Burger King. Unfortunately, this time not so much. May 1st, around midnight, I ordered my meal and an unsweetened ice tea with two Splenda in the drive-thru. The manager didn't hear me and ordered me a sweetened tea. (I'm diabetic) I spoke to the manager and she was great. Apologized and told the girl at the second window. I pulled up. The girl looked at me with a look, saying that I was rude and an inconvenience. She started filling a new cup with unsweetened, stopped, talked to her co-worker in Spanish (Laredo TX), then poured it out and gave me the regular sweetened drink. I'm pretty disappointed that she didn't care enough to give what I asked for and what the manager asked for. Artificial sweetener is different from sugar. Irresponsible of this young lady.“

“Very friendly staff going above and beyond, they actually accommodate my order to my diet needs properly and even went ahead and memorize my order and needs, so by the time I'm walking in they are already verifying everything is in order. Best BK in town!“
