“I've actually been to Whataburger once when I was younger, and recently I went to buy a simple burger; I hadn't expected to be greeted by the most handsome worker I've ever seen at the lobby. He welcomed me warmly and was willing to take my order as soon as he was finished with his side task. The meal was delicious and I have been going every opportunity I get. I would strongly recommend going to this Whataburger 10/10“

“The staff is always polite when I'm there on the weekends, and they make the food very nicely if my order is delayed for some reason they always make sure everything turns out perfectly fine the compliments are definitely deserved, also, I don't know if anyone there has access to who manages the app for this unit, but it would help if they could start preparing the orders I make on the app when I select "pick up ASAP" without me having to tell them I'm there to pick it up It's the only place that does it like that, I forget to let them know I'm ready to pick up when I first walk in, which delays the whole thing“

Minor hiccup with my order that reminded me why I shouldn’t have given it a chance. Nonetheless, quickly resolved. One employee in particular offered an apology that felt sincere, wish I would have gotten her name to commend her. Overall, great choice, awesome food, highly recommended, I will be back. Her name was Imelda I believe and she handled all the customers with excellent customer service considering she was literally the only one working. She took peoples orders, made their sandwiches, and also charged them on the register. Definitely recommend.“

That worker left and another approached asking if I had already ordered. Upon telling the second worker that I was still missing my drink, he quickly filled it up and gave it to me.“
