González Bakery & Cake Shop is the best bakery in Laredo. The bread is always soft, warm, cheap, and delicious. The chocolate covered donuts are the best, with no other donut comparing. The biscuits are the best in town, and the pan dulces are better than most places. The pastries are the most delicious treats, and the aroma of freshly baked goods hits customers upon opening the door. The people that work there are nice. However, the bakery always has colored pastries without any specific flavors to match the colors, which is a weird surprise.
