โVery delicious! if you have a sweet tooth, this is right up your alley, however, several of the cookies seem undercooked and although that can be very yummy in some cases, it doesnโt suit several of the cookies. Nonetheless, it is worth it for the various flavors they sellโ
โThis bakery is my favorite place to go when Iโm visiting family and friends in Laredo, TX. Itโs a small bakery, but boy the sweet bread and cookies are one of the best authentic Mexican sweet bread you could ever have! Love Panos Bakery!โ

โGreat bread here. This location is smaller than the one on Arkansas. Therefore, there's less of a selection. The bread has always been fresh. They also have bolillos and bread for tortas. Both are very big. I'd recommend this panaderรญa.โ
โLaredoens tell me...."This is the original Panos bakery." "A Laredo icon". "A staple food since 1968!" As a gรผero from NY (western not NYC!) I always found Laredo pastries to be less sugary...which I used to detest, but now after 15 years here, I appreciate the subtle sweetness of the concha and the crumbly crust of a cajeta. The best part is that you know the products here are baked without preservatives and chemicals. If you are going to try these delicacies....there is no better place than Panos. On one hand, the run down shop is in serious need of some remodeling, and on the other....it gives it a sort of nostalgic feel which I cannot fully appreciate having not grown up around here, but nonetheless I can still imagine. I've been to several Panos locations and everyone has the most respectful sweet people serving. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the price. I chose several items and walked out with a bag full of treats....7 bucks! Wow! What a bargain. And so much better than a Hostess cake that would set you back 2 to 3 bucks each and are loaded with sugar and chemicals.
Parking: Careful pulling into the location! Set on a hill the driveway slopes and has a huge dip. Better bring an SUV!โ

The compechanas were fried to perfection, the empanadas were the perfect ratio of bread and filling! โWife and I actually had brunch at the Bolillos that's connected with cakeland. She had the omelet plate and I had a Ternera Burger combo. Both tasted really great. Took some sugar cookies home to enjoy with some coffee later that eveningโ

โPano's had always been my familys' to-go bakery. And eventho I moved to the valley some years back, this bakery still continues to be my go-to bakery. I don't just buy for myself or just my family. I buy enough for my family, my in-laws & my friends wouldn't go anywhere else. My favorite are the regalitos! I wouldn't give it up for anything.โ

I love their donuts, always soft and flavorful. Recently I went by to pick up a Rosca de Reyes, even though I love this bakery, it was my first time getting one here. Though I am not big on Rosca de Reyes because prior ones I've had have been meh and dry, I was surprised that their Rosca was so flavorful and Soft! It was still soft the next day when I had a leftover piece! The service was great, even though they were packed as everyone was picking up their orders, I was happily helped in getting a medium size one, that I Might add was big and reasonably priced. You can definitely taste the quality and love that goes into everything this bakery delivers!โ

โIm not much of a pastry person, but i have a select few that i enjoy. I recently tried their Rosca de Reyes and I am SO impressed. Its the perfect balance and flavor! Will be recommending and ordering Rosca here (never even cared for Rosca prior) as well as other sweets when craving. P.S. the Rosca was โMIXTO.โ โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโ

โLove Pano's bakery in Laredo! They have the absolute best regalitos and other Mexican sweet bread. Living here most of my life, when I moved away I sure miss having a Pano's bakery. The staff is always so friendly. You will not be disappointed here. Stop by!โ

โIt's a small bakery that I dont know is PART of the cafe or not but either way it was nice! The single worker there was easy to hear and patient while I browsed and gave me what I wanted when I decided to get it without a hitch! The space inhibited was also very clean and easy t walk around when I needed to! Cake I got was fine as well! No problems to speak of, really!โ

โThe food is good I really enjoyed the Barbacoa taco wow it's great. I've had other plates as well I tried the ribs highly recommend them and the milanesa as well the price u cant beat it. They have great service if you get the guy that works there he goes out of his way very talkative the owner is a very wonderful lady.โ
