Ref # GC080325C We went Friday night waited 2 hrs and numerous ppl were taken in front of us. When asked why the hostess and another hostess argued w us rolled their eyes and were blatantly rude. Manager wasn't much better shrugged and said you'll be right after the next ppl well after 4-5 tables were seated and the ppl coming out were saying the food was terrible and even in one case raw. We had the most horrible experience today at the Red Lobster in Laredo,Tx. My wife and I walked in at around 4:30pm to have lunch. There was only 3 customers and now we know why the restaurant was empty. We waited by the entrance for over 5 minutes and not a greeter insight. I decided to walk into the kitchen to let someone know that we were going sit ourselves down.
