Great experience at this location! The employees were very kind, especially Max L. He was very patient with me in helping me know what to order from the menu!
Terrible customer service, especially from Max L. Our food was ready to go, but he ignored us and didn't hand it over until he felt like it. We waited about 20 minutes even though our order was already prepared. To make matters worse, the cup was only half full. Very disappointing experience, and I expected much better service.
The manager Tobin is so rude and unprofessional with his workers. He needs to work on his communication and professionalism
