HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMENDThey screamed at me because they didn’t want to give me my order because they were about to close, like you told me the order was going to be ready by that time and that’s when you close, like what?
You can only place custom cake orders by Instagram (that’s what I was told by phone) I sent a message and was responded 3 hours later, which I understand they were probably busy. But after I was responded to, I was left on read. The next day I messaged them to let them know they left me on read and they responded back with “ It was 7:30pm… and i have a family! *Disgusting and disappointing customer service*Couldn’t even pick up cupcakes because they were not ready by the said time. The situation could have been handled more professionally but instead was handled very immaturely and rude. Don’t expect to be gaining and keeping customers like this.
