“We went for a late lunch and actually were the only ones there, although it is off season. The atmosphere was charming, rustic western. And I've heard good reviews from other guest. The only negative was you order at the counter, they turn the credit card reader so you add a tip, and perhaps it would be best to wait and receive a bigger tip if service is performed and good. I always tip and try to tip well but I didn't particularly like that...although I did it out of respect. The food was okay, no one came for refills, I had to go to counter to get a to go box and you take your own food to trashcan..so a little different .“
“I went here with my family and my family‘s friends no reservation, they were able to fit all of us in and they treated all of the kids in the groups super nicely even going out of their way to give a toy to one of the younger kids in our group who was crying. Super friendly staff. and delicious food, its a great place if you’re staying on the river to go with family, and i 10/10 would go again“
“it was all really good, even the Ice & water was very clean & good. the waitress was pleasant & good too. I got the double cheeseburger meal with onion rings. as a deprived truck driver, I say Thank You restaurant for being there.“
“I was recently in Leakey for the solar eclipse and went to Texas Cannon Brewing one of the days for lunch. The Blonde Pale Ale was just what the doctor ordered!!! I had the brisket cheese steak sandwich. EXCELLENT!!!! The staff was genuinely, home town friendly. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. Thank you guys for the Texas hospitality!!! Some side notes: Ample parking and the open air dining under the huge covered patio was spotlessly clean.“
