“I had ordered a delivery and it’s nowhere to be found. Now I’m stuck on hold with their support.
Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to their support only to hear they have to contact the store. And my food is still nowhere to be found and is probably cold by now.
This has been a terrible experience and there is nothing anyone can do. Support can’t do anything and there is not any other recourse if they mis-deliver your food. You will just have to sit and wait.
Edit: I received a call from the store and they made it right. Thank you.“

“Brandon welcomed us with a warm smile from ear to ear and made us feel at home from the very beginning. His hospitality was outstanding throughout our entire visit.
Later, when I went to place a to-go order, he remembered my name. As someone who also works in the restaurant industry and understands what great customer service looks like, I truly wish there were more people like Brandon. His dedication and genuine kindness deserve to be recognized.

“Wow! This Chick-Fil-A customer service is amazing! It took a while, but it was worth it all and all when the kid working at the register, Krish, was very sweet and listening. He even asked questions about my day and what I did! If I could leave a tip for him, I would've. Krish is amazing!!!“

“Magda is so wonderful in the drive thru! She is always so sweet and friendly, knowledgeable about the menu (suggested stuff for me to try bc I always get the same salad lol) and cheerful! She even remembered my order and dressing today. Top notch employee right there!“
