Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina Leander is a great restaurant with amazing food and friendly service. The barbacoa tacos, mushroom quesadilla, chicken tortilla soup, and chicken flautas are highly recommended. They have a huge selection of tequila and drinks, and happy hour deals like half price appetizers until 6pm. The brisket enchiladas are also a favorite. The servers are attentive and make the dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant has delicious apps like tostados, tacos, and guac, and a great dessert like Creme brulee. The Mexican chips are some of the best. Overall, Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina Leander has a wonderful atmosphere and is a great place to visit.
