“They accommodated our large group of teenagers with 30 minutes notice. The food was fresh and obviously made from scratch. All 25 orders were out very quickly, and the orders were all correct!!! (Hard with a big group.) Not a single complaint from one person, the burgers were to die for. The breakfast dishes received huge compliments. I have never seen this group clean so many plates!”

“Really good service. Open seven days a week. As early as 4am during the week and 4am on the weekend. If you are buying for separate people they will bag your order separately. Always so kind and patient when you can not make up your mind. They have been in business for about eleven years.”

“I got food for dine in by myself. I got a 12 inch steak and cheese on the cheese break with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, salt and pepper and mayo. The employees were kind. Some of the tables were a little dirty but I cleaned the one I sat at. I also got two macadamian cookies. My food was great. Cookies were amazing of course. The best ever! Would go back of course.”

“From the stafff to the food, Peublos is my go to when I am in liberty. The staff repeatedly will check on you & make sure you have what you need. I am not a person who likes to chase down a waiter/waitress for something. I'm greatful I do not have too here, and food & drinks are amazing. Nice, clean, fun restaurant!”

Wife had a deli sandwich and said it was good. We came around 2pm during the week and about half the tables had previous customers plates still there, would be nice if they were cleaned up more often.”

“love the store they always have food it's always clean and they have LOL most important are open 24 hours. They carry your average tool if needed and other handy accessories. the workers are very friendly they always greet you when you walk through the door.”

Our food is cooked GREAT and Harold is a Veteran and they offer a military discount with proper credentials, thank you for honoring Vets and their service. Oh and check the special of the day menu board when you walk in; the stuffed shrimp was fantastic 👍”

“Friendly and fast service my Bob was fresh, however my hash browns weren't. The coffee cups should be built a little stronger they are very weak when the coffee is freshly brewed. I had to adjust the lid twice third time with my charm I had hot coffee spilled all over my arm my legs and my seat, if you notice the pictures I posted I wore a 1/4 cup of my coffee, hours later I'm sitting at the Texas Children hospital with my granddaughter my arm is still sensitive,😩 for some reason the lids don't fit tight enough.”

“So first off, this place is always very nice and always a good experience. I would rather be at chilis in liberty, Tx than almost anywhere else. The staff is very attentive, respectful & quick on their feet. Very clean bar and tables each time I come in. Ashley, one of the managers, is an OUTSTANDING member of Chilis and she always says hello and talks to me about how I’m doing and how things are going. I love coming to Chilis. I’d give this place 100 stars if I could. The food is always fresh and delicious. The burgers are AMAZING. I love Chilis in Liberty, Tx.”

“It's a small town chicken shack. Their food is better than any other chicken place. Service in Liberty was nice and accommodating. Big smiles and great service even right in the middle of buffet time.

Parking: All good, don't freak. It could accommodate a couple trailer trucks.”
