“I was very surprised how good the meals were. A lot on the plate! The tea was too weak, but they said they would make it stronger for me when I returned. I got onion rings, fried mushrooms, shrimp, catfish. We ate leftovers for 2 days. FYI, the donut shop next door is theirs and they are good also.“
“Best little BBQue I have ever found! Watched these guys from the start. They have done nothing but improve and grow! Go early! Order in advance! They are so good they sell out early! They even help out the community and the local Volunteer Fire Department! What a place.“
“Saw an advertisement of the new opening of this establishment and thought I'd check them out. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. My husband and son love crawfish when in season, so I got a couple of pounds of crawfish to try with added corn and potatoes. I truly appreciate the price for the crawfish and adding the corn and potatoes weren't ridiculously priced like some places - I feel a lot of restaurants are getting overpriced. But one of the owners assured me that the cook has some flavorful crawfish, and it was! The crawfish had the right amount of spice and seasoning. Aside from the food, I was told that they have live music on the weekends and it's BYOB also! However, they do offer soda and water to purchase as well. Overall, looking forward to coming back and trying some other options.“
“Ribs are juicy and tender with an amazing flavor! ? pulled pork was perfect! I’m a fan of the dirty rice and I’m usually pretty picky with my dirty rice…Mac n cheese had a nice kick of flavor to it also! Very happy…I’d eat there everyday could I afford it and lived closer. Everyplace needs a Frank’s. Oh yea the brisket sammich is something special too!“
