“When Dahlia's is good, it's very good - I just wish they'd be more consistent. On this trip, good service, but the food was meh - and if you're going to have three young men standing around the host stand (how many hosts do you need?), maybe get them to actually DO something, like wipe down the disgustingly sticky menus, refill customer water glasses or something. \nBut we'll keep trying it whenever we're in the area - sometimes the food is outstanding.\nWish they had a fruit pie once in awhile, though . . .”

“Awesome place. From the food to the staff, the Tavern has made its mark in Liberty Hill. We have been coming regularly since they opened and have always had great service and food. The owner and team have done an excellent job making this a top notch place. Great place for kids to run around and play on the playscape, our daughter loves it and always meets new kids. The Tavern is absolutely five star.”

“Izzy, Anna, and Chloe are the absolute best barista in the entire world. I love going to Mojo because even if there is something that I want that isn’t on the menu they are so happy to help make it. I’ve never had a bad drink and I could go up to any of these ladies tell them when I’m feeling for the day and they come up with some of the best recommendations of my life. If there was a way I could give this place a 10 star review I would so if you haven’t tried Mojo, you need to go go because the coffee and music is popping.”

“I am a Coffee lover so they lobed one across the plate for me with this local gem. The drinks are as good as in the city and the ladies working there are friendly, welcoming and will help you with suggestions, explanations and recommendations, if you need. You can have a business or other meeting, grab one and a bite to go or just a leisurely stop for a cup of Joe, it's up to you. It has no drive through window so it is a completely different experience than their competitor down the street who closed thier inside service during Covid and never reopened it. I'm retired and not in a rush so I would rather enjoy the time with friends, family, Coffee and conversation on a stuffed chair or love seat rather than sitting in line in my car. The yard is great with diversions for children to play or for you to just hang out a while and enjoy the day in this quaint little neighborhood spot. Give them try and you'll see what I mean. I'm a big fan!”

“We were in town for my son’s basketball tournament and decided to stop in for lunch. Upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and attentive. The food came out fresh and hot! My hubby found out that they have their own beer and definitely couldn’t leave without a pack. Thank you for the hospitality. If we ever return to your town this restaurant will be on our list ?”

“First time visiting this great place. Impressed with how smooth and clean clean the vodka is. The honey pepper whiskey was smooth and sweet. The owners are wonderful and friendly. The brewery had a nice selection with my favorite being Island Time which was a light and crisp medium bodied brew. Lovely place to spend an afternoon.”

“My wife and I stopped going here years ago because it was so expensive. We could get a sit down early at a diner generally for the same or even a cheaper price. Since my wife and I are older now we generally split a meal so we stopped by while on a recent road trip. We ordered a large Avocado Turkey sandwich meal which included a bag of chips and a drink (my wife had sweet tea). I must admit that the meal was delicious and we had some leftovers. We still paid over $22 for the meal which seems ridiculous if it was for one but okay when you split it. We'll be going to Schlotzsky's more often but I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a budget”

“Ms. Karen was beyond amazing today working the drive thru! She is so sweet and brings you joy just from speaking with her. I Never have my day made by going through a drive thru, but she did just that! The food was good, service was fast, but she definitely made my day a million times better.

“This morning, after one of the most exhausting nights I’ve had in awhile, I headed to the Starbucks in Liberty Hill because they open an hour before my usual location and I was desperately in need of caffeine. I am so thankful I did! Even though I was the first customer and they were most likely still setting everything up, they patiently walked me through the differences between each type of coffee. Then when I arrived at the window to pay and realized I had forgotten my debit card and couldn’t remember the number when I went to the app to purchase a gift card to use as payment, the cashier kindly let me know “this one is on her”. That kindness and generosity has given me hope that a terrible night will not lead to a terrible day. I will certainly be going back.”
