“Wow. Last night our homeschool group descended on dairy queen after our end of the year program. We packed.this.place out. EVERY one of your staff did an impressive job. The person working the register (Mkinnly?) Was patient friendly and acted like it was totally normal to have a line so large it almost didn't fit in the store! The kitchen staff had the food pumping out so quick and efficiently I was so impressed. And Ireland had one of the most frustrating jobs- trying to wade through the crowd locating the customers with their food. An unenviable task when it's a crowd so large no one can hear you calling out the orders. Thank you Ireland! Fantastic job dairy queen, we had a great gathering after our program thanks to your exemplary services and you guys handling it like it was totally normal.“

“Usually the customer service is good with polite people but EVERY SINGLE TIME Victoria takes my order or brings it out she is rude, she acts like she is annoyed with me for placing an order, she never smiles and always just hands me my drink where I have to reach way out my window and takes off before anything else can be said. I used to work at a sonic and I know this is unacceptable. I started going to the other sonic by Walmart ONLY so I don’t have to deal with this girl. Everyone else is great.“
