“Food and service have both gone downhill. Last 2 times we have ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 original New York crust and 1 thin crust. Both times both pizzas have been the thicker crust. Today I brought it up to waitress. She was short about it and reluctant to say something to the cook. She came back and said the crust is hand rolled so it will come out different. That’s strange because both crusts were the exact same. Management needs to supervise better.“

“Sooo this Pizza Hut is AWESOME!!! Pizza Hut is running a special right now on Tuesdays. We went to Mineola they don't honor the special. So we called Lindale they took our order we picked it up and snacked DOWN!! The manager is an awesome lady!! Thank you and your crew so much. I will be back.“
