“Ordered for 6 everyone loved their food except me. My eggplant parm was like rubber. Maybe it was old? Aside from the eggplant texture the flavors of the dish were good. I tasted a bit of everyone else's and it was also fine.“

“We tried the Gallo Nero food today. The two women that greeted us at the front door were so polite and helpful. We had ordered a pizza and piece of cake to go and we decided eat on the patio. They brought out a high chair for my infant daughter and brought out all the food to the patio. It was such wonderful dining experience. The wife and I rarely get to go on a date with young kids but this was not only amazing food but awesome service. I will be back again with more friends and family.“

“Really cute comfy little restaurant with yummy food. My husband and I recently moved up here and we've had to sample all the local places for date nights. I got the chicken parmigiana sub and my husband had the chicken roll. They were both giant and absolutely delicious and worth the price. I'm not someone to claim to be a critic or gordan Ramsey but I did enjoy everything we had here. In addition the young man who waited on us was thorough in checking that all our food was not cooked with peanuts or tree nuts since my husband has anaphylaxis. I'll return and try some of the pasta next time“

We were a party of 12 in a private room, and while the space got a little warm, they adjusted it when we asked. The drinks? Spot on—well-made, with just the right kick, and zero complaints from our group.

Service was friendly and attentive, though the wait for food and drinks stretched a bit. We got there at 8 p.m., and dinner didn’t hit the table until 10. But since they’re newly opened, we were understanding. Staff was apologetic, and their warmth made up for the delays.

Bonus points for the bread—it was delicious! And the Cabernet was a nice touch, even if it took a while to arrive. All in all, a solid start for a new spot with a lot of potential!“

“Recently I had a surprise birthday party for my wife Mary. Owners Mike his wife Ruby son Bes and daughter-in-law Red made the occasion truly a night to remember! They have a beautiful private room in the back of the restaurant and all the food that was prepared was excellent! The Service was first rate. They were very accommodating in letting my friends and Family decorate for the party. The bartender is a fine young man named Steven who is so respectful and helpful, a true asset to the establishment! My wife and I dine at Genti's often and have tried many different dishes and never disappointed! This is a true gem in the area and would highly recommend whether having a wonderful Dinner in the restaurant, having a party or ordering take out. You will truly enjoy!!“

“Pizza was great!! We got a large kitchen sink *chef’s kiss* I think the wings were reheated…I had to wait for my to go order and live 0.2 miles from the store and the wings were cold when I got home. :/

I was told my order was not ready upon arrival and sat waiting patiently to be served. It wasn’t until I noticed a text saying my order was ready 10 mins ago that I returned to the counter to check and the young lady realized it was indeed ready. So may that it why the cold wings.

“We love North and the food is always great, but this trip the service was just not good. Being a former server in college, I understand how difficult this job is and definitely give a lot of grace. With that being said our server seemed distracted, overwhelmed, and not present. It took over 45 minutes to get our bread appetizer. Our server did not seem very concerned or apologetic that we waited for so long. I suspect she probably forgot to ring our appetizer in because food was coming out all around us for people who got sat after us. It would have been nice to have a manager at least come over and apologize for how long we had waited. I never expect free food and that's not what I was looking for but it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge us and sincerely apologize for the wait. I had also noted in our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and she made no mention of it. Like I said we love the quality of food at North and will be back but the lack of good service from both the server and manager side last night but a damper on our birthday celebration.“

“Mmm.. the staff were nice and appropriate. The cost of the pizza and portion size makes sense, inexpensive, and the crust had a nice crunch to it. However, it wasn’t fresh, which means the cheese was dried/hard. To avoid wasting it, I forced myself to eat it. Based on the customer service, I would give them another chance!“

“I have always loved Campisi's lasagna. so I decided to take my 2 girls. my oldest ordered chicken parmesan and my youngest ordered chicken Alfredo. when they brought the chicken parmesan the chicken was burnt to a crisp. the waitress walked off very quickly like she knew we were going to complain. then she proceeded to ignore us until I got another waitress to get our waitress back. we didn't even have to say anything she knew right away the chicken was bad. and she got us another one. the difference in the two was amazing. when she brought us our receipt she said she didn't charge us is m for the chicken it works be on her. but what she meant was she didn't charge us for the replacement chicken. other than that my lasagna was delicious and my other daughter loved her chicken Alfred.“
