Went there about a week ago. Ordered a meal and was told they only had diet drinks. I ask for something similar like a shake or malt the rude heavy set Hispanic guy told me no. I kept asking why I couldn't get a regular and the worker said something to the effect for the third time we don't have regular drinks. I pulled up and ask for his name and he wouldn't give it to me. Very slow but the food was warm at least. I ordered 5 ultimate breakfast sandwiches, no drinks, nothing else, and had to pull around to wait in the parking lot for nearly 10 minutes.

Slow. Ordered on the app, was given an ETA. Arrived on time and staff said they were working on it. 20 mins later, I finally got my food... 20 mins + Online Order Time (~12 mins) is insane... glad everything was correct in the bag, but one should expect delays when ordering from here.
