“Tried this new restaurant this past weekend. The restaurant is brand new, still smells new. The owners came to check on us and made sure we were enjoying our food and drinks. Our server Jack was on top of it making sure we didn't need anything. I'm a picky eater so I got the plain cheeseburger. This cheeseburger was soooo goood! The fries were perfect! “Everyone loves this place. And rightfully so! It’s fantastic. So why the 4 stars? Well, 5 stars indicates perfection. And unfortunately I had their version of a French dip last night. The Smoked Tri Tip Dip. And any sandwich lover knows how important the au jus is for a dip sandwich. Saying the au jus tasted like watered down, low sodium chicken broth is being kind. Everything else was outstanding. But my main course was ruined due the most important aspect of the dish, which was offensively bad. So that’s why the 4 stars. Please go to Whiskey Cake and enjoy. It’s great! But do not get the sandwich.“

I will say the tacos have a lot of Indian flavor which I loved but not everyone does. In fact, I think some chutney would be a great add to these tacos to cut the spice. My husband had a burger and enjoyed (the fries were crack!).I'd love to see more vegetarian and vegan options but hey, we veg heads know we are lucky to have one option!This is an awesome spot with great views! To eat, I ordered the Mini Elk Tacos & a bowl of the Venison Chili. The tacos were delicious and seasoned well. The Chili was sweet with a little bit of spice (a 3/10 on a spiciness scale). It was filled with plenty of meat.In regards to customer service, they did very well. My server, Bri, was kind & attentive. The host & hostesses were welcoming and kind as well.“

The only day that makes sense is Wednesday when bottles are half off. Food is ok. Not exceptional. Service is hit or miss. 4.7 is completely inaccurate. We keep the restaurant on our rotation because we are within walking distance. We would go every two weeks if the pricing matched the quality of the food.“

The restaurant vibe is welcoming and the live band added just the touch of class needed. Taylor the waiter was awesome with three minutes to spare on the happy hour he got me a menu and took my order to accommodate. There was another bartender with him a young lady with dark hair that was very attentive as well. The first person you meet in any establishment can make or break the business. These two worked well together and although the food wasn’t the best I would definitely come back to the bar. The steak nachos were blah as were the avocado rolls.“

“Dined with my daughter on a Saturday. The staff was helpful with suggestions and very kind. This was our first visit so we tried a regular dry dog (my daughter's request) and I had the corn dog. Then we cut both in half so we can try each. The dry dog I added some ketchup it was hot, fresh and the Hawaiian Bun was toasted and very good. The corn dog is dipped in a root beer batter and was also very good. My daughter and I will be back to try more items on the menu. Maybe we will try a breakfast item. “Great experience and this place is a hidden gem. Excellent brisket and sausage. Pulled pork was good too. Turkey was ok. The sides are difference makers. Surprise side dishes were the cauliflower and the fried green tomatoes. We went with a group and got to try a little bit of everything. Elote, okra and cauliflower were my favorite sides. Mac and cheese was ok. Will definitely be going back to try the Brisket grilled cheese with cauliflower as a side.Parking: Lots of free parking .“
