“Ordered for 6 everyone loved their food except me. My eggplant parm was like rubber. Maybe it was old? Aside from the eggplant texture the flavors of the dish were good. I tasted a bit of everyone else's and it was also fine.“

“I had a 15 minute break from a temp assignment at the dental office nearby and let me tell you what...the crust on the pizza is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Super thin but crispy 👌 not to crispy though. I would compare it to the crisp of a cheezit.. and it was loaded with toppings. I got the meat lovers and added ricotta cheese and got a fountain drink and it was under $10 bucks. It was the best slice I've had in a long long time! I'm half Sicilian and it reminded me of my Nana's pizza. 🍕 The only thing I regret is not leaving a bigger tip. 🤌“

“I live in the area and was craving some good fajita beef tacos. This place did not dissapoint! The meat was so flavorful and the tortillas made from scratch are great. Being from Phoenix, AZ i know a good taco place when i see it. This place is very good, and apparently their menudo is amazing, will try next time!“

“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“
