“Probably the most picturesque place to eat tacos in North Texas.Excellent fusion style food; my personal favorite are the Thai BBQ fajitas which arrive sizzling on a cast iron griddle in a waft of aromatic smoke. Just the right side of spicy accompanied by delicious melt in your mouth home made steaming fresh tortillas.The best seats are overlooking the lake with the mini volcano and animatronic shark!!!!“

I cannot say enough great things about how well Jeremi Woods from the Frisco location handled the situation and made it right. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. “This is my husband very favorite restaurant. He always insist on Cristina’s and I will finally have to agree with him. Their food is delicious. The chips, salsa, and bean dip is the best. My salmon a la piña was delicious I ate everything on my plate 😊

“Rosa's Cafe is always great. But this time was better than great. I like a lot of lettuce on the side. The guy who took my order gave me the amount of lettuce I asked for and paid for. The food and margs always delicious, the place is well cleaned (bussers take the trays from my hands before I can put them by the trash), and the warmth of hospitality makes it a Cheers kind of place. Even though its all great, tonight was the first time I felt catered to. Devlin (MOD) was awesome. He was constantly working the room, cleaning, delivering food, etc. If I was still young and spry enough to work in the business, I'd want to work here with Devlin as my manager. Get here now and order the queso, 2 Hogfathers, and a margarita on the rocks with salt!“

“I catered Fajita meat, both chicken and beef, (trays) and tacos from Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location for my husbands 60th birthday party. They gave me much more food than I was expecting and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The pricing is excellent after seeing the amount of food they send. Aden S. (The General Manager) sent the trays of Fajita with plenty of vegetables and all the sides items to make the fajitas such as sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, beans, rice, plenty of chips and delicious guacamole. The tray of taco's was stuffed with a large amount of food. I had asked for Gluten Free food to be kept in a separate tray which it was. Plus he sent me a huge stack of corn tortillas. My son pickup my order and it was hot, packed neat, very clean and was ready for pickup. Adan S. even helped me out with the chafing trays and burners, which made life easier on me. I received so many complements from my guest on how delicious and fresh everything tasted. I can't say enough about how great the food is. More importantly how nice and easy Adan and his staff made this event for me. I had about 55 people to feed and I had plenty of food. I would highly recommend the Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful making my husbands' 60th birthday party a huge success. Stop by and try their food. I think you will love every bit!“

I only issue was the bacon the fries was over cooked , like it was sprinkled on the fries from a pre-made precooked bag or package. Other then that we had a great evening“
