“Probably the most picturesque place to eat tacos in North Texas.Excellent fusion style food; my personal favorite are the Thai BBQ fajitas which arrive sizzling on a cast iron griddle in a waft of aromatic smoke. Just the right side of spicy accompanied by delicious melt in your mouth home made steaming fresh tortillas.The best seats are overlooking the lake with the mini volcano and animatronic shark!!!!“

“Quick friendly service, incredible food. Good drink prices. We eat here often, pick up here and buy they charro beans and salsa (red and green) to keep at home. Just an awesome place. Just a heads up, the cheese enchiladas have great flavor but too much cheese in them for my liking. The shrimps are too big for my preference, you get the fishy flavor from them. Both are a preference. I'd prefer less cheese and smaller but more shrimp.“

This is my weekly go-to Mexican restaurant. I come here almost weekly to sit down, have a cold top shelf margarita on the rocks, and write out my work schedule for the next week.

I’ve had the food a few times and it’s good. It’s nothing blow your mind amazing, and it’s not basic. It’s consistently good. What makes this location rock, is the amazing servers. This place is always clean. Servers are always on top of refills and making sure you’re taken care of.

Do not let them forget to bring you some of the spicy hot salsa. It is the bomb! It’s warm, and spicy, and perfect.“

“Me and my family recently dined at this chilis location recently, and it was a very positive experience. The food was great only overshadowed by the phenomenal service we received from our waitress Sara. She was very welcoming and friendly, gave us fantastic recommendations for the food and was very attentive with checking in on us. I cannot say enough great things about how well Jeremi Woods from the Frisco location handled the situation and made it right. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. We have always been huge fans of Chuy’s and we always will be! Great manager and great food.“

Terrible service and if you don't like it the entitled 20 years olds will chastise you with "fairness" (her words) and attempt to speak down to you LOUDLY once you push back on the nonsense. Then super Karen will break out her phone to start videoing you and put it in yours or anyone at your tables face, follow you around and out to the parking lot until you have to call the police so you can walk to your car in peace! Even though its all great, tonight was the first time I felt catered to. Devlin (MOD) was awesome. He was constantly working the room, cleaning, delivering food, etc. If I was still young and spry enough to work in the business, I'd want to work here with Devlin as my manager. “Rosa's Cafe is always great. But this time was better than great. I like a lot of lettuce on the side. The guy who took my order gave me the amount of lettuce I asked for and paid for. I asked for 4x lettuce. He charged me 4x lettuce and gave me 4x lettuce. 1st time that happened at any restaurant! Thank you Rosa!! 😊“

“I catered Fajita meat, both chicken and beef, (trays) and tacos from Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location for my husbands 60th birthday party. They gave me much more food than I was expecting and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The pricing is excellent after seeing the amount of food they send. Aden S. (The General Manager) sent the trays of Fajita with plenty of vegetables and all the sides items to make the fajitas such as sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, beans, rice, plenty of chips and delicious guacamole. The tray of taco's was stuffed with a large amount of food. I had asked for Gluten Free food to be kept in a separate tray which it was. Plus he sent me a huge stack of corn tortillas. My son pickup my order and it was hot, packed neat, very clean and was ready for pickup. Adan S. even helped me out with the chafing trays and burners, which made life easier on me. I received so many complements from my guest on how delicious and fresh everything tasted. I can't say enough about how great the food is. More importantly how nice and easy Adan and his staff made this event for me. I had about 55 people to feed and I had plenty of food. I would highly recommend the Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful making my husbands' 60th birthday party a huge success. Stop by and try their food. I think you will love every bit!“
