“Talking about great food and phenomenal customer service! I ordered a fish plate with salad and fries. The salad was not with my order. I called to discuss and Mr. Wes himself immediately and enthusiastically demanded to bring the salad to me. He delivered it to me with the Biggest heartfelt smile and a Hershey to compliment. Wes’s burger shack has my vote for being one of the Best!“

“My guy and I stumbled across this place after hanging out at the Railroad Museum. Fell in love instantly! We sat at the bar. The layout was comfortable, the ordering system (computer) was unique to us but I loved the way we could choose, back up and go forward in all the areas. (Also, we didn't need our cheaters!) The food was delicious! My mushroom burger made me swoon! The grilled corn was out of this world and I am going to try later today to see if I can even come close! The fried green tomatoes were a hit and my guy really liked the polish sausage(?) with the chili topping. The beer was great! We settled on the IPA with the word grackle in it - sorry can't remember it exactly. We were so impressed (we were visiting from New England) that we went back the next day to watch the Patriots game and were surrounded by football fans that were fun to talk with and we stayed for a Dallas game afterwards. LOVED EVERY MINUTE WE WERE THERE! The bartender (s) were fun and easy to talk to. We tipped them well!“

Ordering over the phone was super easy, they marked each bag with each persons name, and the entire order was correct. If you order large orders for companies you know this is a rare occasion, lol! When I got there they had it boxed up and ready to do! Go back to the office and everyone said the food was amazing! We will definitely be ordering again! “Out of all the Burger King's around Temple (that I know of) I like this one the best. The staff is a lot nicer than the others, the food is better (the fries actually have taste and my sandwich doesn't look like they stomped on it) and the restaurant is the cleanest. They're a lot quicker than the other locations by far.“

“August is one of the best workers I have ever met in my life, super professional and really wants to help you get what you want. And even with the language barrier and because of my accent he didn’t back down and adjusted so I could really understand everything perfectly, he is the best example of good service. They should consider themselves lucky to have him on the job and he should get a raise for his outstanding performance“

“Must have been an off day but when I walked in the hostess assumed I was with another party and when a guest walked in behind me a few minutes later she greeted him and started assisting him. Once she called me up to get my name all she asked for was my name and how many in my party. It was just me and she said that was all she needed. No wait time estimate. I overheard her say 20 mins to another customer so I left and waited for 20 mins. Came back in and she told me that they had a table but left before I could be seated. That one was on me for not asking more questions but the rest is the experience was great. Server was quick and accurate with the order. Hostess saw me on the way out and wished me a good day. A small misstep but an overall good experience.“

“Love my onion rings and peanut butter malts from this Dairy Queen. I have always used the drive thru since I have been here and have never been inside. Staff has always been friendly and my onion rings are always delicious. This place has been here for years and needs to be cleaned up and modernized to keep up with the other DQ's.

“Server had a real attitude when she brought my order. I couldn't get the card reader to work. I gave her my card and she rolled her eyes and walked away with it. 5 minutes before she came back and didn't say a word, just handed card a walked away.“

“GREAT BBQ! And very nice people! Ruben and crew catered our 70th birthday party, at our home. The BBQ meal was delicious. His trailer was parked curbside and our guests walked right up and ordered their BBQ plate.Easy. And his trailer was a cute novelty and added fun to our party! Ruben was easy to work with and accommodated our special requests. The only problem was we didn't have enough leftovers! ?Highly recommend. 5 ? 's for sure. We will call you again, Ruben!“

“My wife and I have tried this place twice, and I think we've found our go-to burger place in Temple. The burgers were extremely juicy and delicious, seasoned perfectly, and completely satisfying. We've had them delivered both times, and they arrived like I would expect to get them if we had dined in. Make sure you have plenty of napkins handy, as you will definitely need them. The seasoned fries were very tasty as well. Even better is that everything is very reasonably priced. I'm very glad we found this place.“
