This was my first BBW's experience. Lack luster would be a great definition. The whole restaurant was out of any type of artificial sweetener. Being a diabetic that just wanted a glass of tea that was very disappointing. Service was awful. We waited 10 minutes for refills. We didn't get one appetizer until after we got our main course. The food is really good. We love the Everything Pretzel Knots. The service was great! The bartender always remembers what we like and she always has a smile. Love this place! Alecia is a great bartender. Thank you.
