I’ve always loved Cowboy Chicken, but after today’s experience, I won’t ever return — especially while the current manager (who told me his name was Tim) is employed.
I ordered directly through their website for delivery to my job. When my food arrived, I was missing both my drink and my side of beans. I called the store, and the young woman who answered said the manager was at the bank but would call me back.

Never disappointed in Cowby Chicken.
We have ate at Cowboy Chicken only 4x and each time we have walked away impressed! The portions are larger than most other restaurants one would eat at for the same price. We recently have tried the sandwiches and all I can say is WOW! I highly recommend the BBQ chicken sandwich.
