Great management. They work hard, every day. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond. Saying, "Thankyou!" Kind of took me off guard with their friendliness... but they won my heart by their courtesy... even to the workers!

My food was cold.
Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant known for its friendly staff, as mentioned by customers. One reviewer appreciated the apologetic attitude of a young employee who seemed to be working alone or in a short-staffed situation. The staff's accuracy in fulfilling orders has also been praised, with a comparison made to another location that could learn from their efficiency. Despite some issues with a malfunctioning credit card reader and drinks containing too much ice, the reviewer acknowledged that these were not the staff's fault. The restaurant's banana shakes have been highlighted as a notable menu item. Overall, customers seem to value the welcoming atmosphere and specific offerings at Sonic Drive-In.
