“I've frequented a lot of Starbucks and this one is one of the best. The drinks have a high batting average, the baristas are kind, friendly, and remember your name, the atmosphere and seating are perfect for a conversation or to get some work done, and they play good music. I've tried getting work done at other coffee shops where the seating is limited or uncomfortable, the drinks are subpar, the music is terrible, parking is difficult, or you have to fight for an outlet. None of that stress resides here. Goldilocks hadn't found her perfect fit until she tried this one.“

“Big shout out to Mikael (night shift manager) he was so nice and made me feel like he was my best friend. There was this other girl at the drive thru with a bad attitude and i got so annoyed but then he came up to the window with a big smile and gave me my order? Mikael if you see this, you are doing such a great job and keep up the hard work! You have an awesome personality ??and thank you for being so kind to me.“

“I just need to praise the sweet Lily working drive thru today! I've been having memory issues lately due to some medications I've been placed on and so when I placed my order at the speaker I mistakenly requested the wrong beverages so you could imagine my confusion and embarrassment when I recieved what I asked for but did not necessarily want at the window. It was clearly my mistake of wording so I explained to her my mistake and why she'll be seeing me again back at the speaker in just a few seconds to reorder correctly and repay, she stopped me right there and fixed it all on the spot with grace and generosity. I'm an embarrassed blabbering fool at this point, half explaining why I am the way I am and thanking her profusely and all while shes listening to me, staying on task, AND CONTINUING taking more orders on the headset, shes also still comforting and assuring me that I'm no bother and it's not a problem. I vote Lily for CEO of the whole franchise. 🫶“

“This Starbucks just opened in Longview Tx on Marshall st. Its a perfect location just driving into Longview from Kilgore passed by it 3 times now and the lines aren't ridiculous. Its in a perfect spot The drive threw staff was nice and my drink was perfect and as always love the smell as i drive away of the espresso“
