“I come to this location pretty regularly &they're always so kind &dont make me feel like a jerk for my my annoyingly modified keto coffee order. Lol. While all their employees have been great, there's 2 that have stuck out : Derek has always been so warm & personable, &seems to really take an interest in the ppl around him. The other is Tiva (I'm prob way off on spelling). I spilled my ENTIRE coffee in my car, ¬ only did she remake it, immediately, for no added charge -she sanitized a towel &also gave me a dry one, so I could clean it up (w/o me even asking) which was so thoughtful. I'm hoping their managers or someone higher up sees this, so they can get the recognition (*cough* compensation *cough*) they deserve, bc - while I do love my starbuck's - most of us don't get that many splurges, but bc of these employees this Starbucks is one of mine.“

“This Starbucks just opened in Longview Tx on Marshall st. Its a perfect location just driving into Longview from Kilgore passed by it 3 times now and the lines aren't ridiculous. Its in a perfect spot The drive threw staff was nice and my drink was perfect and as always love the smell as i drive away of the espresso“

“I didn't get their name but the person working the drive thru this Sunday around 1300 was sunshine in human form. She offered a suggestion when the drink my partner wanted was out of season (he loved it) and was just plain kind to me and my pups. I've never had a Starbucks employee be so warm. Plus our drinks and food tasted great. Will definitely be going back to this location.“
