The place is quick but they sacrifice quality in order to push orders out the window quicker. Ordered all 3 of my burgers plain and dry, every single one of them was drenched in ketchup and had pickles and onions on them as well. It was a mobile order so I know the chance that they just didn’t hear me is not an option.
I normally love coming here, but couldn't tonight because they were closed early. I have no problem with that, but I didn't appreciate that the employee in the window just looked at me then walked away instead of saying something over the speaker.
I had a delicious breakfast on Sunday. Fantastic service, I had my order ready in less than 5 minutes, the staff was pleasant and professional. The clean and tidy environment, the pleasant music. I was pleased.
