Yimm's Mexican Restaurant offers great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. The food is authentic, delicious, and very flavorful. Menu items include omelets, fajitas, beef street tacos, green enchiladas with el pastor, quesabirrias, beef quesadillas, chilaquilles for breakfast, enchiladas verdes for dinner, and menudo on Saturdays and Sundays. The aguas frescas and Horchata are the best in town. Everything tastes fresh. The staff is friendly, attentive, and sweet, with excellent service. Prices are very reasonable; three adults and one child ate for less than fifty dollars, and the portion sizes are perfect. The drive-thru service is very convenient. Located conveniently off I-20, the restaurant is open for breakfast. Some believe this is the best Mexican food they have ever eaten. Highly recommended, and a great stop when passing through Longview.
