“After living in Waco for 30 years, we finally decided to give Pizza House a try. After being disappointed by chain pizza places one too many times, we figured it was time. WOW! From the very first bite, we knew we’d found our new pizza place. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. They took our order carefully, repeated everything back to us when we picked it up, and the pizza was made exactly the way we asked. Delicious pizza and outstanding service we’ll definitely be back!“

“I got delivery, hot honey pizza was recommended from Ritchie was fantastic, then I got a cheese and steak, had mushrooms on it gross, I talked to Katie and she had an actual steak and cheese delivered promptly, the delivery drivers were fantastic, very reasonable priced overall I would recommend, as a well travel person from New England to Oregon. Customer service was the best I have had in Texas in the three months I have been here. Thank you to the team. They should all be commended and rewarded for their customer service. “First time to eat here and what a wonderful experience! Owned by an Italian family and food is very authentic. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive and the food delicious! The bread was wonderful, not bread sticks, but baked to perfection brushed with garlic oil and parmesan sprinkled on top. I had the salad with chicken and the portions were plentiful, the salad fresh and crispy and the chicken was seasoned. So tasty and so very happy to find this great restaurant. Highly recommend.“

“I’ve never reviewed a meal online but I think everyone should know this about the Hewitt Pizza Hut. I’ve been ordering from this location since 2002. I always get the same thing (stuff crust, black olives, jalapeños, mushrooms with Canadian bacon but the pizza they gave me was imo….. PERFECTION!!. They always make a decent pizza but literally there was absolutely nothing that could be done to improve this pizza. Wasn’t greasy, not over or undercooked. Toppings didn’t fall off and not one single spot on this pizza showed any signs of burnt or black spots. I HOPE SOMEONE TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS PIZZA BECAUSE CORPORATE SHOW GIVE YALL AN AWARD! Really, great job guys! By far the best stuff crust pizza ever! Also, congrats on being my very first good review…. I hate wasting time but today was worth it. “We have been ordering from Marco's for a minute. Love their puzza and salads!! We had a small issue arise. I did bring it to their attention and sent in a detailed account with a picture. Well the owner contacted me directly, he was friendly and professional. He proposed an equitable solution and it was accepted. I have highly recommended Marco's Pizza in the past...by word of mouth. However, I believed I needed to give a proper shout out and thank them for their attention.“

“First time here on my birthday so just stopped by randomly on my way back to crandall. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! This is the dream team! Fernanda took my order and helped me with my rewards points. I took my daughter to play and remembered I forgot to ask for my wings to be well done but when I went back to ask, they already had the food at my table! Went to the table and to my surprise the wings were done to perfection! Adrian Seasoned them well and done well so a slight crisp instead of mushy like normal. Hazel IS the EPITOME of customer service! Most places you go and instantly feel drained because there is no happiness in the establishment but here is completely different! People say Disney is the happiest place on earth, wrong! It is WHEREVER hazel is! She is and will always be THAT girl!
