I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins ice cream, the flavors have not changed. The staff was friendly be seemed a bit, ok, seemed scatter brained. The worse part, and one of the reasons we went, was for the waffle bowls/cones. Both of the kids behind the counter seemed a bit niffed that we would ask for those. If you dont have them or even the batter to make them, remove it from the sign.
Very friendly and able to provide an ice cream cake on short notice.
How is it possible to run out of World Class Chocolate and Mint Choc. Chip on the same night? These guys routinely run out of supplies. I think Dunkin' is the only thing keeping the lights on at BR. If you get lucky and they have your flavor It's generally pretty good.

Baskin-Robbins offers good ice cream but lacks in cleanliness and customer service. The staff can be inexperienced and the bathroom may need attention. However, they are known for being friendly and helpful, whether in the drive-thru or inside. Customers appreciate the employees going above and beyond, such as decorating birthday cakes with care and attention to detail.
