Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We do NOT recommend. We waited 5 minutes and no one approached us. A larger table sat next to us and was quickly attended too. Servers and the manager on duty had quite the conversation at the server station however while not one guest was attended too. We DO NOT recommend!!
Came here for dinner, hostess’ were talking about 10 minutes before we were told we could choose where to sit, service was extremely slow, ordered our food which took at least 45 minutes to get to the table after ordering. We ordered 15 boneless wings&a 12 wing combo meal, barely any sauce on the boneless wings, one order the sauce looked legitimately hardened like it had been sitting out awhile, it didn’t look fresh or glazed with sauce. Todays visit was a complete disaster! On my order of 15 wings (two flavors offered) I asked for 10 dry rub buffalo and 5 Caribbean jerk all extra wet. After almost an hour we finally received our wings and the order was completely wrong. We received the wings and asked to have them taken back and extra wet. The kitchen staff took it upon themselves to send the same order back with a mountain of dry rub. With the intention to make a point! Very very disrespectful to a PAYING customer....read full review
