Loved the customer service I got, doordash didnt have multiple items on the app but gm Lea made sure I was taken care of!
What is the point of ordering ahead of time if the order is still going to take30 mins to be ready…place pick order online at 7:40 pm to be picked up at 9:30pm, all for what when we show up to be told that’s it’s not ready and park to wait… waited till 9:40 and went inside to check on it and was told again still being worked on, waited in the lobby for my order while a man and a couple show up and the man had online order as well and he waits 5-10 mins and gets his food...read full review
Customer us a big fail everytime. It seems grudgingly to serve happy amd be helpful or even say thank you for your business.
