Has gone down hill to here past few yrs
Perfectly fine to close 30 minutes earlier than your posted holiday hours. Totally get it. I’ve been on that side of it. Y’all were slow and it’s Christmas Eve. How NOT to do this- Having the employee smoking directly in front of the entrance throw down his cigarette in front of us as we approached, casually walk in without a word when we get to the door, and shut and lock it in our faces while the entire staff looks on from the lobby.
